We used Millsom Motors to purchase a used 2011 SV6 VE Commodore, Steve and the team were great, very accommodating and understanding, it was the first time I had traded in my previous car for a newer vehicle. Steve was great at explaining the entire process in a way that I could understand. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I did not walk into Millsom Motors at 5:15pm on a Tuesday night intent on leaving there with a new car, but the more time I spent with Steve talking about my situation, the more inclined I became. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. All his cars are presented beautifully inside and out, they definitely stand out amongst the many car dealers in Car City. With his thorough explanation of purchase prices, transfer fees and trade in amounts, I was extremely confident Steve was able to give me a great deal and I could not be happier. Place wouldn't return a deposit after a hour of changing mind. Noob mistake from me, first time buyers beware, they are supported by law. The car was over priced that lead to the decision. 0/10 do not recommend

made a deposit on a car and withdrew from it within 3 days, was refused on getting my deposit back from an employee, who was also talking my partner and my mother rudely when we asked for deposit back.
