THEY LOCKED MY KEYS IN MY CAR. And then they had the audacity to demand that I call my own roadside assistance to come unlock it. I lost almost 3 hours this morning due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Not 24 hours despite several large signs stating the contrary. When I pointed this out to the attendant he ever so kindly advised that, "that was my problem" then used some very professional colorful language.
Not open 24 hours. Tried to park here around 9:30 pm. They said at this hour it’s “VIP only” and if I paid them $40 extra in cash they’d accept the car. Clearly just the employees pocketing the money…
