Today is July 15, 2022. This is my personal experience with the Mingledorff Law Firm. I’m a retired veteran who served this great nation for many years. I’m an honest individual (I believe) who believes in Justice and just due process. With that said: After sustaining breathing issue by way of a gas leak within a Hilton brand property, the Mingledorff Law Firm came on board and settled my case beyond my expectations. You truly don’t need my historical details of my case as every case is different and unique in itself. However, what’s important, is the professionalism, caring, and aggressiveness of the attorney you hire. During my ordeal and dealing with health and stress issues from my unfortunate experience with a Hilton brand hotel in Houston Texas, (I live in Arizona) I know now I made the right decision by hiring the Mingledorff Law Firm. I did not communicate with them that much nor did I need to as I comprehend legal actions and all legal actions take time to complete and come to a conclusion. So, I would reach out to them every so often for updates and they were extremely kind, respectful, and exemplified professionalism as Tania (my favorite) would ensure me my case was moving along and they were aggressively working on a settlement. Now, if you know anything about large corporations like Hilton, they refuse to make any payouts to customers who have had a bad experience with their company and ended up with medical injuries. Well, needless to say, Mr. Mingledorff took on my case and won my case when other attorneys in that same state of Texas informed me I didn’t have a case, or they didn’t think they could win my case. Well, my case has been won and settled by Mr. Mingledorff and his team. All my medical bills were recouped, including additional payouts for pain and suffering. In conclusion, and my overall review of the Mingledorff Law Firm, I highly (can’t say that enough) recommend this firm. Once again, every case is different, and your case will be different from mine, however, I’m sure your experience with them, will be equal to what I encountered. I called on the Mingledorff Law firm after I was failed by another top rated criminal lawyer in Houston! From day one, the Mingledorffs (Ken and Judy) showed true legal professionalism, they listened carefully to my case and gave me instant legal assistance even before paying! They offered a very reasonable payment plan (this was a key factor to me). I was given real-time attention each time I called and I have to give a commendation to their very experienced Legal Assistant (Andrea). She offered superb legal services each time I called. In fact, they are always there during their working hours and yes, sometimes virtually during the weekends (Sundays included)! UPDATE: CASE DISMISSED! - I was falsely accused and my case dragged on for over one year plus... but The Mingledorff Law firm team stayed the course... they worked professionally, breaking down each evidence and working diligently on my case to resolve my case BEFORE it went to trial! CASE DISMISSED BEFORE TRIAL are the sweet words any falsely accused criminal defendant wants to hear and the Mingledorff Law Firm ensured that I see this happen EVEN DURING THE COVID19 PANDEMIC! Immediately after the case dismissal, The Mingledorff Law team were on the case against to have the record expunged! All of this while working with me on a favorable legal defense payment structure! My case is now completely expunged and I have my life back! THE MINDLEDORFF LAW FIRM TEAM IS THE "A-TEAM" IN TEXAS! THIS IS THE TEAM TO CALL WHEN OTHER A-LISTED LAWYERS ARE JUST NOT ENOUGH!

I strongly recommend anyone who is needing legal representation to use Mingledorff Law, I would never consider any other firm for any reason. Tommy Mingledorff and Mingledorff Law Firm were excellent in their multiple representations for me and exceeded my expectations every time. I first retained Mingledorff law firm for a vehicle collision in 2010. From the moment I signed with them, Mingledorff law staff were extremely attentive and communication was always excellent. I never had any issues reaching out and speaking with Tania, Ken, Judy or Tommy. The process for my 2010 case was stressful but the assistance from Mingledorff law helped put my entire stresses at ease. In the end, Mingledorff law firm was able to get my vehicle completely repaired, get me the health care I needed, and put some money in my pocket. The settlement money Mingledorff law worked out for me was so much more than I expected and I am so appreciative of their hard work in 2010. Then, I was hit again in 2014. Again, I retained the services of Tommy Mingledorff and Mingledorff Law Firm. Again, the help I received was excellent. My body was in so much pain, but Mingledorff Law got me connected with health care that was easy, and accessible, and did not burden me with inflated-billing. Again communication was great throughout, with the Mingledorff law staff always answering any questions and being available whenever I needed them or was feeling over-stressed. Again in 2014, Mingledorff law exceeded my expectations by getting my vehicle repaired without any fees involved, and then getting me a HUGE settlement that I would have never expected. I have since called Mingledorff law for various legal issues, they are always willing to help. I have also referred friends and family who were involved in car crashes, they too have been so pleased with the work and service provided by Mingledorff law. I cannot stress enough how much this firm has done for me and I will recommend them to anyone who ever needs legal assistance. RING MING FOR LIFE!

My car was t-boned by a drunk driver in 2020 and the next day I called Tommy at Mintledorff Law. Since I didn't go to the hospital right after the accident because I was worried about big bills at the emergency room he got a doctor to see me right away, who was very thorough in documentation of all my injuries. My injuries ended up progressing over time and it was recommended that I had to have a very expensive surgery in my lower spine. Tommy worked with me to find a surgeon I was comfortable with. His office was extremely pacient with me and my family always working with us, advising us, and coaching us throughout the whole process. Tommy fought had to get the max policy limits from the insurance company always reassuring me that all my bills would be taken care of. Once the settlement offer finally came in of a million dollars! His offce negotiated all my medical bills and cut all of them pretty much in half!! I'm an very grateful for the steadfast dedication to my situation Tommy's office had making sure that I was taken care of throughtout the whole process which took almost 1.5 years. He was always available for me and my questions and had the fortitude to put up with me during this very stressful time in my life(which I assure you took the pacients of a saint ) Me and my family will always be grateful for Tommy and what he did to fight for my family, recovery and and dedication to making me feel whole again. Mingledorff Law Firm, what can I say. Back in 2016 I found myself in the criminal court system dazed and confused. This law firmed delivered for me, Judy Mingledorff was my representing attorney, she locked stepped with me every step of the way navigating me through the hazy Harris County criminal court process. What I like about this law firm is the family treatment you get as a client. During court appearances I felt like I had a team of lawyers representing me. Ken as well as Tommy brought their court room experience to assist Judy on my behalf. During my two year battle I always felt as though I was in good hands. My case ended to my liken as a matter of fact it was well above my expectations. One of our family members was arrested several years ago on a very, very serious charge - 25 years to life in prison with no parole serious. Our family member was totally innocent of the charge! My wife and I hired the Mingledorff Law firm. Because of the pandemic and court backlog, it has taken this long to be resolved. These have been hellish, nightmarish years, but Judy Mingledorff and Tommy Mingledorff were with us every step of the way - not only defending our family member, but supporting and caring about us all. Throughout the trial preparation, they were brilliant! In court, they were brilliant! The jury deliberated 3 (very scary) hours and came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict for the original charge and all other possible charges. I can't recommend the Mingledorff Law firm highly enough or thank Judy and Tommy enough! God bless them and all that they do.

My uncle found himself with a legal problem and we found Mingledorff Law Firm. The case was lengthy and complicated but Mrs. Mingledorff was diligent in her efforts while representing him. In addition, Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and my uncle every time we called to get updates on the case and would take the time to make sure we had a clear understanding of what was taking place. It took years, through no fault of Mrs. Mingledorff, but we received the desired outcome. Dismissal! Mrs. Mingledorff was ready and willing to fight for my uncle, even when he was beginning to lose faith and just wanted his case to be over. Fortunately, we went with Mingledorff Law Firm because everyone we encountered was professional and assured us that even though we felt fatigued, they were there to help us see this to the end.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. We paid well over $10k and he put in zero effort. We started with a court-appointed attorney, and when we hired Mingledorff, he picked up where the free lawyer left off and continued to do nothing. He told straight-faced lies that showed he had not made a single phone call or investigated a single detail that might help with the case. All he wanted to do was continue the State's tactic of applying pressure to get you to just sign for some time and be done with your case asap. He did not know the law adequately and gave advice that led down a path of hope. Only to be met with an "oops, I didn't know we couldn't do that", after 6 months of "defense". What should have been probation (with any defense at all) ended up ended up being several years in prison.

I would give a zero star if I could. I hired Tommy Mingledorff Jr. for a simple misdemeanor case that should’ve been dismissed. Sent him all the evidence to be able to get the case dismissed. He dragged his feet from March to October doing nothing.The case never went to court He was very unresponsive to phone calls. I finally ended up firing him and had to hire a new lawyer the new lawyer got us in court the next day. Come to find out Tommy never presented any of the evidence to the DA. Our new lawyer got the case dismissed. This law firm is not worth a penny of your dollars beware!!! And I did get my money back because they knew they did nothing on the case. Sad for this lawyer to take your money and have no compassion at all. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer or law firm .

Words can't describe how great Judy is. She literally saved my family's life.
