***BUYER BEWARE!!!!*** They asked for my "Review" so here it is & maybe it was just my luck. I can only say that this was not the best experience when it comes down to dealing with a law firm. The staff was very polite, courteous & seemed professional enough, But they will keep their hands in your pocket!! I kept feeling the sense of being "Over Billed" even though I stressed, on day one, that I wanted to keep things extremely simple, with as little communication as possibly needed, for the sake of minimizing my billing. I noticed that they billed me for absolutely EVERYTHING! If they looked something up online-CHARGE, if they moved my folder from the blue folder to the yellow folder-CHARGE, if they called & left a message-CHARGE, creating a witness list, when there's no witnesses to the hearing but my ex wife & I, $100 charge, if my attorney orders coffee while on the way back to the parking lot after the hearing-CHARGE-CHARGE-&-CHARGE. They even billed me, every month, for "verifying" that they were billing me correctly! Never saw that before for sure. I thank God I didn't let them handle my divorce! I would have had to move into my car or beg my ex wife to take me back! Gheeeze!! & all I had was an enforcement hearing concerning the divorce decree that my ex was, abundantly clear, in violating. I say all this to say, scrutinize EVERY invoice you receive and question ANY charges that doesn't feel right. Mind you, they can bill for as much time (Creative billing), on any particular item, as they want as long as it's not apparently gross to the point of you noticing it. I called to enquire about my billing a few times, only to be told that they will check into it & call me back shortly but never receive the call. On my "Final" bill, never received the final invoice though, was billed nearly $300 additional dollars. Without the invoice I had no way of knowing what the charge was for. I called, once again, to inquire and was told that someone would call me back, once the young lady I was speaking with couldn't figure it out. No one returned my call after a week. So I called back and was connected to this obnoxious para legal. He tells me that the additional charge was for the "closing" of my case. So, for the nearly $7000 in attorney fees I was suing my Ex for, my defense managed to only include $4000, leaving the rest on the table buy charging me nearly $3000 more after the fact. Either neglect, incapable, or incompetent. You decide... Final point, if they're going to bill you like they're top tier, they need to represent like they're top tier. You want top tier results for those top tier charges. PERIOD!!!

I went to this law firm looking for help and answers, well i got answers for sure, and the lady attorney was very informative, knowledgeable and engaging.. but she made me feel like she was acting as a prosecutor against me at times.. My wife and I could perceive her passive aggressive attitude aimed at me during our conversation with my wife.. I would not recommend this law firm for certain cases but many others they are probably better at but i will definitely not be back for anything in the foreseeable future . (side note: she said she would call me back by Friday and she herself never called me back, I received a few calls asking if I was still interested and I was still waiting for my promised call, but they did not reach out to me until the next following Monday after, a week after when she said that SHE would call.. They might have attorneys who are better at attracting new clients but my experience with her was very poor and uncomfortable, wish it would have been more positive for my wife and I.

Do not recommend their services. Gonzalez Law Group took a simple three month case and prolonged it to a year. Anytime I would ask for an update they would say they are working on it, but have not shown results. They charged an absurd amount of ridiculous fees and did not do their due diligence to follow up on the case if current address or locations were correct. Also the assigned three different lawyers within González Law Group, as those other lawyers left. They were unable to find to documents that they claimed they worked on and sent and proceed to redo the same paperwork multiple times and charge you. I would recommend anyone reading this to look for another law firm to save you the money and headache having to deal with the unprofessionalism.

My car flipped over the Katy Freeway going 50mph because someone hit me. The driver denied responsibility and later tried to claim that I caused the accident. I didn’t have a dashcam or witnesses to testify about what happened. Matthew Quiroz took on my case even though it was difficult; one attorney had turned me away and I was discouraged about my situation till I came to the Gonzalez Law Group. Matthew is an intelligent attorney he truly fought for me and took my best interests into consideration. Edith was very helpful, she made the process less stressful for me and took care of my questions concerns. I am so lucky and thankful to have been taken care of by Matthew and Edith Sierra they’re great people and amazing at what they do.

After fighting 2 years of fighting in court today my paralegal Janely and Perla and attorney Hai got my case dismissed. They know judges and ice attorneys and it is nice to have someone know who your up against. The immigration is experienced from consultation to dismissal today. I hired last month and got results fast. Most of all they are all kind. They call/text/email me often and update me every time something changed with my case. I met with the attorney, knew her and I was not surprised with a random attorney in court. They explained my case to me and looked out for my best interest. I get to stay in the u.s. with family and that was important to them. Thank you immigration team I am grateful to have you in my corner for life.

He tried everything in my case. My husband’s not only was released, but he didn’t have to pay bond and his case was dismissed. Now we hired the immigration team to get him his residence. i was client when gonzalez law group was in the old office. it has been a long time but today before the judge, attorney Hai and dhs attorney agrees to dismiss my case after 8 years. Today my husband and I were approved for our family petition. TERRIBLE LAW FIRM , They took $7k from my daughter ( Valerie Renteria ) to handle her divorce , sent her monthly invoices charging her for everything and anything they could think of , Emails , missed calls , text messages they sent her etc . Yet after a year and a half they never resolved her divorce . They told her they needed another $7k . This Law Firm is running off of stealing money from people who trusted them . They created a new facebook because of all of their TERRIBLE REVIEWS they had . So DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CASE , TIME OR MONEY

Had a gun charge hired Brittany Kuusisto as my attorney and when I tell you she worked her magic she really did that. A few months ago my dad recommended me to them and today I got my case dismissed never had to show up to any of the court dates since they were waived by her and the court definitely recommend Brittany Kuusisto as an attorney and the rest of the Gonzalez Law Firm team.

My lawyer was Danielle Saenz, she picked up my case pretty late in the night which im grateful for ! It was a pretty rough case to defend yet, still took on the challenge. She showed genuine care to the very end. She reassured me and my parents that she would fight for the best deal and did exactly that. Called in for advice and consultation, filed out all questions and submitted it with facts and $ amount. They called back and collected 100$ for a phone consultation. Then told me that my claim was the same amount as their retainer. This could have been informed when I informed them of the amount vs charging the consult fee, and talking 5 min then tell me that.

Total services from immigration team was excelente. Attorney Haí and janely gave realstic expectations, spoke to my family, and got me out on bond within 2 weeks. They knew the judge and Worked fast With care. They represent me in court now i am confident of their services. I am now going to see my family after 1 month thanks to inmigración team. Thank you.
