We visited this black owned establishment on Friday, September 9, 2022. I called and booked a reservation prior to about two weeks ago for the 90 minute Couple’s massage for $240. The employee on the phone was very nice, professional, and helpful to me. Right after I booked the massage, I received a text message with the date and time as confirmation. Keep in mind, they do ask for a credit card to put on file at the time of reservation. They also have a cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged a partial fee if you are a no-show or you don’t cancel within 24 hours. The day before our massage, I did receive a text confirmation of the date and time as a reminder. This business is located about 15 minutes away from the Strip, but it was well worth the drive. We love to support black owned businesses. Especially in a place like Las Vegas where they can get passed over and overlooked. Once we arrived at the establishment, we were greeted by the front desk employee who was professional and helpful. When we did arrive, we had to fill out a small information form which is on an iPad touchscreen at the desk. I did want to get a facial in addition to our massage. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anyone available to do so. We did request with the receptionist the addition of Back and foot scrubs to our massages. This was an additional $5 each. The establishment itself was clean, inviting, and decorated well. We really enjoyed the relaxing aesthetic in the spa. We did use the restroom, which was clean without incident. Our reservation was for 3 PM and one of the therapists showed up right at that time. We were taken back to the Couples massage room, which was really nice. The massage room was clean, inviting, organized, and very comfortable. We had Yvonne and Sylvia as our massage therapists. They were both professional, nice, and straightforward. One of the therapist brought out the different kinds of body scrubs. We were allowed to choose one body scrub scent of our choice. We both chose the Cinnabon body scrub. It smelled the best out of all of them. We told our therapists the areas we wanted them to work on. I told my therapist I wanted to work on my upper back, shoulders, and lower back. My boyfriend told his therapist he wanted to mainly focus on his neck. The therapists stepped out while we got undressed. Once we undressed, the therapists came back in and began our massages. We were so glad we booked a massage for 90 minutes, so we could really enjoy this experience. My therapist was very thorough and provided the perfect medium pressure that I requested. The body scrub we added to our back and feet was the perfect addition to the massage. It was the perfect amount of exfoliation quite complementing, and soothing to the massage. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage so much, that he ended up falling asleep during the session. That is the type of massage that you want. It should make you feel so good that it puts you to sleep. I also love that the therapists didn’t talk to us during the massage. We like quiet massages where we can just enjoy it. The massage therapist also checked on me throughout the session. She made sure the pressure was OK and informed me to let her know if the hot towels were too hot or not. I do feel it is well worth the drive outside of the Strip to receive quality service. This is one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I do feel like my back feels a lot better from before I came in to the establishment. Once the massage ended, our massage therapists informed us it was over. They did allow us to take our time getting dressed, which we did. Once we left the massage room, they wished us well and informed us there was water in the front. We checked out at the front desk and left them both a really nice tip. This massage parlor also has free refreshments for patrons. They have cookies, coffee, peppermints, and water. I would love to return to this establishment next time I’m in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend this massage parlor.

It is no exaggeration to say that I experienced, perhaps, the very best prenatal massage of my life at Miraculous Massage. My husband and I were visiting from out of town for a vacation before the arrival of our baby, and we were looking for a massage somewhere off the strip. I found some great reviews for MM, and requested a prenatal massage followed by a scalp massage, and scheduled a 90m deep tissue massage for my husband. We were both THRILLED with our services! The prenatal massage bed was so comfortable with the gap for pregnant bellies, and the bed also reclined for a comfortable massage face up. My husband shared that his deep tissue massage was perfect, particularly the attention paid to his shoulders/back and his quads/glutes; he said his limbs were moved in order to gain perfect access to knots he didn't realize he had. Overall, I cant say enough about our experience at Miraculous Massage. The next time were in Vegas we will definitely be making additional appointments, and we absolutely recommend it to anyone else who is looking for spa services at an off-strip location.

Absolutely yes!!!! We come to Vegas yearly and now this will be a must for me and my wife to visit. We both work in the kitchen and on our feet pretty much 8+ hours a day in Texas. It’s been a struggle finding a massage place that know how to cater our needs over there. My wife who is currently 32 wks pregnant did some digging on google and read some pretty good reviews on prenatal care offered here so she booked a 90 min session for her and I Sheryl who took care of my wife was absolutely amazing!!! Never heard and seen my wife so relaxed as I was being worked on next to her. She told Sheryl that she wished she could take her back and that’s shows how hard it’s to find someone to give a proper massage for my wifey As for me, Yvette is a Godsend!!! I’m a big pretty guy 6’ 240 thick legs and broad shoulder. Kitchen work is no joke so my shoulders and back are always stiff and tight and in pain. But today I was able to breath and relax so well!!! Great control and techniques and really have strong hands.

I came in for the first time and got some sort of skin clearing, one hour session.( I don't remember the exact name). Anna was my therapist and she had a very calming voice and narrated what we were doing throughout the hour since I have high anxiety and just about freaked out under the towel on my face.( I managed to hold it in). She also recommended me to do a couple of things that would help achieve what I was desiring and to come back every 2 weeks or at least once a month to help reach my goals. The facility is very clean and I had a little bit of trouble finding the exact door to go to because I was expecting a large sign on the building but when I called them to clarify I quickly was able to find them. There are a few spas in their location. Overall I had a pleasant time there and will definitely be back when I get more funds and time to visit. Thank you Anna! You have made my day really relaxing and now that I know what to expect during a session, I will fully be relaxed the next time around.

1st I would Like to say “WOW WOW WOW” I recently relocated to Vegas from Cali and i have been searching for my massage spot I kept going back to Miraaculous for some reason and every review caught my eye, I was so Happy that there was an opening the day I called (because she had a cancellation) I went in with Months worth of tight shoulders and neck and stress from moving and working and went out feeling like a huge load had been lifted off of me thanks to Ms.SYLVIA! She has these amazing hands and the most positive energy ever! Every single spot I showed her and asked her to work on was worked on and satisfied. I have never had anyone get right on the spots needed. I signed up for the membership , I would also like to say the gentleman at the Front desk (sorry didn’t get his name on the way out cause I was floating and in complete shock on how phenomenal my massage was.) Was so polite&pofessional. I signed up for the membership cause I will be going back. This is my New Theraputic Massage spot!

It's rare that I write a review, but I absolutely had to share my experience. This is officially my new massage spot in Vegas! My husband and I have literally spent hours researching massages to no avail. In Vegas you either have to pay unreasonably expensive prices on the strip for mediocre massages or you have to go the $30/hour "foot spas" and endure....whatever you get for that price. THIS on the other hand is in an entire lane of its own. It took us 15 minutes to drive from Summerlin, and I will gladly take this short trip each week. I loved every second of this massage. The massage room was clean, comfortable, tranquil. The massage itself was INCREDIBLE, and my husband--who is extremely hard to please as a very very very tall man (he's 6'7)-- said that his experience was also incredible. We will be back. Ten minutes after my massage and I'm literally already telling my aunt that she needs to book an appointment. 10 stars!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I did the prenatal massage when I was pregnant and now I’m a regular customer! Above and beyond 5 stars! A few requirements of mine; really dim rooms, relaxing music, good vibes, and someone who asks you what you’d like, if you’re comfortable, etc during your massage. I go with Yvette all the time because she always makes sure I’m comfortable and ok with the pressure throughout my massage. I also enjoy the small touches like heating pads, AC temperate, wet towel around your neck/chest area, pillows around your legs, and aromatherapy towards the end of the massage. I can’t emphasize how many places don’t add these extra touches. You have to be at a salon on the strip for these. The prices are also reasonable for it being an American massage place. Highly recommend in the North Las Vegas area.

While visiting Las Vegas I decided to get a massage. I wanted to support a black owned business so I did a quick google search and found Miraculous Massage & Facial Spa. I am so happy I took the time to find this Spa, it was a completely enjoyable moment. A quick call to schedule an appointment with the professional and polite gentle at the reception desk and the masseuse was divine. She asked if I had any areas I’d like her to focus on and ensured she was using the proper pressure. Her technique was spot on and I left the Spa feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Thank you to the Miraculous Massage team for making this a wonderful experience.

Yvette has hands of a goddess! She can get in and get your knots out better than anyone I've ever gone to, but also give you such a nice and relaxing massage. I fell asleep when she massaged my head (always my favorite). The great thing about her was she massaged my back and got out my knots, but didn't work on one knot over and over making it raw. She would work on one area once go around and then come back to it. She was super respectful and kind and the place was nice and clean! After reading all good reviews for this place I decided to book me and my fiancé couple massages. It was a very small intimate salon . The ladies were very professional, welcoming and friendly, however; our massages were just “subpar “. We both had mutual feelings. My massage felt like a good “body rub “ instead of a massage and she missed a few spots on my body I was so confused as to the techniques she used. I get a massage back home monthly so I know what a good massage should feel like, this wasn’t it. We were grateful for their service but just not what we had hoped it to be.

My wife and I went for massages yesterday and I have to say that this was the best experience we have ever had regarding massages. The staff and techs were professional and very friendly. The office and rooms were super neat and clean.Scented candles and low lighting was also very nice. We both went for upper and lower back pain and after an hour with these techs our pain was reduced drastically and our movement capability greatly improved.So we will be repeat clients for sure. If you need these types of treatment be sure you give these folks a try.

Sylvia was AMAZING! I purchased a 60 minute Swedish massage. She was professional and knowledgeable. She really cared about her client’s needs and gave advice on how to take care of my body moving forward. The studio was very clean, Covid-safe, and relaxing. She wore a mask the entire time and the staff was very friendly. I was hoping for a great experience and they didn’t disappoint. Fairly priced, great service and inviting environment. As a license professional I take pride in cleanliness, this establishment is by far one of the cleanest places I’ve seen. It was an amazing experience. I have had a massage before but they really knew what they were doing. We had a couple massage and hot stones. My masseuse even stretched me out before the massage. She was very attentive to where I had the most stress and made sure I was getting all the attention I needed. Honest and to the point: this was amazing. Took my wife for her birthday, and she demanded we got couples massages. So the ladies who worked on us were amazing, they made sure the pressure was just right and they used a CBD lotion that just added icing to the cake. This was a great experience. A much needed therapeutic massage by Yvette. She was calm, open to suggestions on where I wanted to zone in on during the massage and really made it a point to let me know that she was open to making me feel comfortable.
