I’ve been a customer for about 7 year and always received excellent service from very friendly staff. Good old fashioned laundry, everything done on the premises which is rare today and means quick turnaround. Prices are very reasonable in comparison with others and super convenient location. Would recommend to everyone!

Did 1 white shirt. Came back with extra stains, as per other comments in the reviews. The dirty spots didn't come out. Along with terrible press/iron job that left more wrinkles than I brought it in with. I would take it back, except I don't trust them to clean it better again. Trust the negative reviews - they're true!

The staff have been helpful and polite. One time I had good quality mattress cover that needed substantial repair and the did a great job. Another time the owner cautioned me against them doing the work because he checked the material ( I didn't! ) and it wouldn't stand up to dry cleaning.

Quality work by friendly people. I went to another dry cleaner on Dupont prior to coming here. It was always a hassle from the owner. None of that from Modern Laundry, I've been a client for many years. A good, well run business. Good prices too.

Cream suede pants with what appeared to be an oil mark on the thigh. No one would touch them, an expensive retailer asked me to sign a waiver of they were to clean them, a lady in that store stopped me and told me to go here. Modern Laundry

I don't understand the negative reviews. We have been using Modern Laundry for more than 10 years. The staff have always been great and the prices are super competitive. Have never had anything damaged or go missing. Keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed in their service and would never go back there! The staff are super rude and they lost my dress. When I asked about it, they said they would call me back and then never did. I had to go in three times to follow up

This place Charge double the price for a white cotton shirt if it’s womens vs mens. Took a clean shirt there just to be steamed and it came with stains and deep creases than took me an hour to iron out at home. Will not be returning.

Been going here for almost 10 years and never had an issue. Anything that needs dry cleaning (including my Canada Goose parka) I take to them. Can't beat the convenience either with them on top of Dupont Station. Recommended.

Clothes came back with a musky smell and there was a strange residue when I touched my clothes. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Paid $ and my clothes got even dirtier than before

Took 3 Banana republic wool sweaters in, one was actually pretty dirty. Received them back in PRESTINE condition. Even called and found out the guy had washed it 3 times.

Fast, efficient service. Did an excellent job on dress shirts. Barrel cuffs ironed perfectly and not flattened and creased like so many others do. Highly recommend.

They do a very good job of dry cleaning, and are great at keeping, and finding, clothing you've forgotten about and left! :-) Costs are also not outrageous...
