This review is on behalf of my mum, Claire: I've been going to this jewellers for about 15 years, with all sorts of broken bits of jewellery, sentimental items and things that need fixing and need melting down.. All sorts of things that other jewellers couldn't or wouldn't even fix. I can't praise them enough, their work is always top quality, they're lovely people to deal with, totally trustworthy, and extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any service.

The movement in this Scandnavian wall clock had stopped - I took it to two clock repair places - couldn't fix - very unhelpful. I had forgotten about the jewellery shop below who also repairs clocks. Monbulk Jewellers had great difficuly finding a small movement, even going to the trouble of sourcing one from overseas - keeping me informed all the time. 10 stars

Ken made mine and my husband's wedding bands and fixed up my engagement ring to better fit with my wedding band. They were affordable and the staff were so friendly! I will happily go back to Ken again
