We've visited this clinic a couple of times since it reopened earlier this year, for routine check-ups and more recently (on International Cat Day no less) a feline emergency. Emma was fantastic - offering to see us within 15 minutes of my slightly-hysterical phone call and with a very understanding demeanour in spite of my helicopter cat-parenting. She was thorough in her investigation of the cause/issue and walked me through the options for care and treatment, doing so in a manner that would not have left me feeling pressured or guilty had I opted for one approach over the other. She personally followed up that afternoon and her team contacted me twice in the following two days to ensure things were progressing as we were hoping they would. The Patient is still not 100% but already drastically improved from that first day and we are hopeful for a full recovery before too long. Our entire household is grateful to Emma and the team at Monbulk Vet Clinic and will be back for (hopefully more routine, less alarming!) further visits. Monbulk Veterinary Clinic was recommended to us by a friend and I planned to book our dogs annual vaccinations when they came up next year. Unfortunately our little guy had other plans and needed emergency surgery instead. My experience from my very first phone call was incredible. Dr. Emma very quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue and thoroughly ran the tests that confirmed her suspicions. From there our options were clearly explained to us and we were straight into surgery. Everything was organised for us including overnight care at the emergency hospital and ongoing treatment at the clinic. Im sure emergencies like this are a common part of a vets job but I also have no doubt they throw a wrench into the day of a busy veterinary clinic. At no point were we ever made to feel like an intrusion and were treated with complete compassion while receiving top notch care. I’m so glad we found Dr Emma and the amazing team at Monbulk Veterinary Clinic and can’t thank them enough for helping us navigate a very scary and stressful event. Hopefully our future visits will be less dramatic. Highly recommended!

Dr Emma was absolutely wonderful this evening. My dogs had a fight and one came off second best. Dr Emma cleaned and stitched up Twisties wounds and was very gentle with her. She explained everything clearly and made sure Twistie was comfortable and not in any pain. Thank you so much. Also the nurses took great care of us too, thank you Rachel and Sharon.

Emma is without a doubt the kindest and most caring dr we have been to. Our ragdoll Whiskey had to have his k9's removed and genuinely felt the entire process was handled perfectly. Thank you for looking after our boy he is safely home purring and eating well. Highly recommended for all locals in the hills.

Dr Emma the new owner is incredible! It was time for us to say goodbye to our old girl and she made the process so much more bearable. Even taking the time to explain things to my son, lit a candle and allowed us time. Can’t thank her enough for the wonderful caring service.
