Durante la mia vacanza a Londra ho deciso di farmi l’helix. Il personale è stato gentilissimo! Cordiali, educati un atmosfera fantastica. Sono andata senza appuntamento, nell‘arco di 5/10 minuti abbiamo prenotato l’appuntamento insieme e nel giro di mezz’ora avevo il mio helix! La ragazza che me l’ha fatto mi ha tranquillizzata, paziente e soprattutto di una professionalità assurda! Dolore 0.5/10 inesistente.. Mi ha dato istruzioni ben chiare per la cura del piercing e infatti non mi ha fatto infezione! Consiglio vivamente la piercer Oana è fantastica! Mi ha saputo consigliare dove fare l’helix il risultato finale è stato pazzesco! Alla fine mi hanno regalato anche una goodie bag con dentro caramelle, acqua , una scatolina firmata MV per riporre l’orecchino! Soprattutto un foglietto con scritto tutte le info! Spero di tornare presto a Londra per fare un altro piercing

Wow. I booked an appointment for my daughter for her 13th birthday. The piercer very aggressively refused to do it because her zip card with photo wasn’t a passport or a drivers license (she’s 13!!!). The website wording was ambiguous and I had assumed I was the one that needed the id (which I had). I had a copy of her passport in my phone but the piercer rudely declined. If she had been nice about it - but she was frankly a jerk, especially when I said I was surprised because we had been here before with no id. At this point she implied I was a liar, which is when I decided to leave. We have actually had her ears pierced here in this very shop before with no id - we had to come back because they got so infected and closed up. So definitely stay away! (A shame because the first piercer we saw here was lovely - this woman should never have been hired).

Very disappointed in the customer service from a very snooty woman working. I went to MV Covent Garden to get my ring size and try on rings as I was looking to treat myself. One woman helped me establish my size and she was very friendly. I then asked a woman working with long brunettte hair and red lipstick if I could try on one of the rings. She did not speak to me and came across very snobby and handed me the ring. I had asked if I could try it on in the size I had just established would fit and she again did not speak and passed me the display ring… which obviously didn’t fit. She did not help, she seemed very abnoxious and meant I no longer wanted to look around and left the store. People who don’t have the time to speak to their customers and arrogant presence should not work in retail. Disappointing.

Fantastic piercing experience and their “new”piercer Frederica was an angel. I felt a bit nervous to get my two piercings done today but she was super friendly, patient and gave me some water when she noticed that I could not find my water bottle in my handbag. MV team on the shop floor was very welcoming too and I will definitely be back when I treat myself to new earrings once my piercings have healed. Frederica gave me a goodie bag before I left and explained the aftercare very clearly to me. I felt in very safe hands and recommend her and MV team with all my heart ♥️

A great first experience! Very hygienic and clean, had my helix pierced here. Staff were friendly and the lady who pierced my ear was very reassuring and helpful. Thank you ☺️ Only thing is, is that it is a little expensive,however I didn’t want to risk doing a helix piercing at claires or similar,as other places have a tendency to use piercing guns which I heard is not good for the helix. I received an after care bag with sweets and water and I also bought a spray for cleaning my piercing. It’s worth what you pay for.

Great little store in Covent Garden. I purchased a pair of huggie hoops and I love them! I also wanted to thank Gracie in store who kindly emailed me (After I had left the store) to say a mobile phone had been left and she kept it safe. It was my daughter's phone! She realised she'd lost it when we went to lunch and was panicking. I just happened to check my emails and there Gracie had messaged me. I'm pretty certain that would not have happened anywhere else so thank you so much for a great experience all round!

I visited MV Covent Garden branch to get two helix piercings I was pierced by Sarah who was the loveliest person, she reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. She sanitised everything and explained every step. After my previous horrid experience elsewhere I was apprehensive but I am so glad I did it. I experienced no pain at the appt and nothing since I’ve left. The whole experience felt so luxe and got a goody bag too. Can’t wait to come back for some more. Thank you Sarah!!

Sarah who pierced my ears on Sunday 22nd Jan was amazing. Really looked after me and even asked to make sure I was happy where earrings would be once pierced. Very calming and chatty too. I was a tad anxious about the needle but it didn’t hurt too much, definitely a lot safer and cleaner than a gun. My ears were so cold from being outside I think it helped a lot. Really pleased with them. Thanks a million Sarah! Good luck too!

From walking in and being welcomed to browsing the stunning pieces of jewelry and trying on to final purchase my experiance couldn't have been more special. The man that served me really knew his stuff and helped me select a chain length and then layed out a choice of charms that I got to play with a layer. Once decided he got a new one ready for me. Alongside this you get a 5 year guarantee for replacement.

Had a really good experience here when I booked an appointment for some piercings. James was really nice and sociable, made me feel really comfortable throughout the piercings and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. You can only get up to 3 piercings per session so I look forward to coming back to get my final piercing. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful when browsing through the store.

My piecing appointment at MV Covent Garden was excellent from very first minute. The piercer did excellent job, clearly explained everything to me, before and after care, and with her remarkable customer service I had very pleasant experience. I would recommend that all girls from this store should learn from her!!!! For me 11/10 stars thank you.

I went in today to buy a gorgeous pendant and, even if you don’t buy anything, it’s well worth coming here for the excellent customer service. The staff are really helpful without being pushy; they advise you and make suggestions but ultimately leave the ball in your court. So pleased …

Got an unworn pendant engraved in this store and it was so scratched up when I got it back - no wonder they make you accept a list of conditions including that they are not responsible for any damage during the process! When I get engraving online it has never been an issue

Amazing customer service always! My rings were slightly wearing tired due to lots of hand washing during the pandemic. Jackie and Esther made it very easy and explained everything in terms of the warranty. So friendly and kind at this store. Can not fault it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a few problems with my pendant and did have to revisit the store multiple times but the staff were more than happy to help and offered a very tailored service. I am not very happy with my necklace!

Purchased the necklace set of MV for the first time and received it in less than a week. The package came from London and I was amazed by how fast it can get to U.S. all 3 boxes were wrapped nicely and I enjoyed these gifts very much.

My wife bought some jewellery. But when we were in the shop they noticed my wife had 2 other rings she had bought a few years ago. They offered to clean the rings as we waited. Excellent service would definitely recommend.
