I'm having a bad explanation, they are experts in giving excuses but they don't solve the customer's problem, I bought a TV panel and it's been 1 week since they haven't delivered my order and haven't given me the correct position. They say it's already out for delivery and it never arrives. Just a headache.

We bought a double box-spring bed. We received whatsapp from the store saying that delivery would be made 2 days later. 3 weeks and a lot of discussion later, the bed still hasn't arrived, despite having scheduled delivery on 3 different days, but never delivering it and leaving us waiting like idiots.

I highly recommend it! Serious company, fast delivery, products with quality that surprised me and excellent service. I will change all my furniture, and I will have peace of mind in all the aspects mentioned above, being sure of the company I will buy from.
