Yesterday afternoon, my key broke off in my ignition. The last time this happened, I called a dealership and they quoted me almost $800 for a replacement (No Thank you). So, in a panic, I called my mechanic, who gave me the number for Monty's Locksmith. They were so helpful, professional and very accommodating. Alex (the Locksmith) was able to come to my place of work and produced a new key and fob on the spot, and quickly. He knew I was having a bad day, so it was an added bonus when he made me laugh and showed compassion. The cost of all this was a fraction of what the dealership would have cost me. I highly recommend Monty's Locksmith and can understand why they have a 5 star rating. Their customer service was outstanding and a lot of companies today, who deal with the public, could really take a page out of their book!

I have an older BMW with diamond-shaped key fobs. I needed to replace the batteries on both fobs. Upon inspection, Sebastian suggested I replace both fobs rather than just the batteries. He explained the reason for this which seemed reasonable to me as it ultimately was a better option. Roughly 45 minutes later, both fobs were done. Unfortunately, the car would not start with any of the fobs, however Sebastian was able to troubleshoot and fixed the problem. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Sebastian and got to watch Netflix's Drive to Survive show regarding behind the scenes drama on Formula 1 teams - highly rated show which I got to enjoy for the first time. I only received one fob/key for my push-button start Hyundai and after pricing it at the dealership - I emailed for a quote on a Saturday evening, received a response Sunday morning from Joseph asking me for more details, and then a quote for either an after-market or OEM replacement. The OEM quote was 25% less than what the dealer wanted, later that week, maybe. After-market was less than 50%. I was able to make an appointment for the same afternoon and Sebastian made me a new smart key and cleared any old keys out of the system so only my keys would work. We tested it a bunch of different ways to make sure everything worked. Fast, friendly service, great communication and with a 6 month guarantee. Highly recommended.

I dropped in unannounced, as I was at another business in the area and saw Monty's trucks and storefront. I had read good reviews on their services before. (Apparently pre-appointments are highly advised, as the Techs are mostly on the road. I got luck as one was there when I walked in). Sebastian immediately was able to create a duplicate of my car key/remote fob. He tested my original and duplicate. All worked fine and he warned me of any additional fobs over two might not working and would require reprogramming. He showed me how to do it. Got home, successfully reprogramed all 3 remotes (2 OEM, 1 New). Amazing, fast, friendly service. Will use Monty's again in the future (make an appointment first).

Amazing service and skills. Professional and major expertise. I lost my keys to my GENESIS. I know , I know (have a spare…). I called the dealership, they could not do anything or dispatch a mobile service. They also quoted a Foolish amount just to order a key that might arrive. I called Monty’s at 10am, they gave me a quote, got to my car within an 90 minutes, unlocked it, and reproduced TWO NEW KEYS all for $322, and I would have got $100 off if my CAA membership was active. 6 month warranty. Honestly, Sebastian was OUTSTANDING and COOL. Slayed this dragon of a headache easily. Honest, reliable and talented. Excellent and highly recommend them. I would never call anyone else after this experience.

We lost our keys from the music festival and had an appt with other locksmith the next morning but when we we’re calling them they said they don’t have a technician because its Sunday. It was an excellent transaction. I can to have my door lock reolaced with a remote keyless entry system. Sebastian immediately checked the car and attended to my request and he was able to figure what to do and after a few minutes he got it working. I lost my Lexus RX350 Remote key and need a replacement。 We had an appointment at 9 am in the Sunday morning. But due to the day light saving time change, we arrived one hour earlier. Thank you Patrick. An excellent service. I called Monty's, presented my situation and Patrick arrived about an hr later. I believe he only took about a half hr and he got my car going again. Amazing!! Essentially my key blade broke and I swapped the blade to one of my other vw keys I no longer have and not realizing it will immobilize my vehicle. Patrick was able to make a new key and program to my vehicle super fast and car stared no problem. I have since driven my car and everything works.

We contacted CAA because our car key had gone missing and we were contacted by Monty's. They were able to get a an appointment same day within only a couple hours and we're very professional. We were helped by a gentleman named Patrick who was also very professional and able to answer all of our questions right away while being very friendly. I didn't have an appointment so I had to wait a while, but they have some great books on cars in the waiting room. Went to duplicate my car key which is of MDX ACURA . It was super quick service as i made appointment before reaching there. 15min i got new key and it works fine. Mr.Sebastin was the expert who made it for me and said it comes with 6 months of warranty. Yet to get the bill over email though. Recommended place.
