Put a deposit down whilst waiting to hear back from Alex's finance team waited 5 days after asking and asking what the interest rate they were offering which is 12.95% btw in which I did not want to go forward told Alex we did not want to proceed, was told we were not getting our money back we should know the rules! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CARS ARE BOUGHT ON GRAYS ONLINE AND ALSO TRIES TO GET THE COMPANY THEY GET RWC FROM TO ALWAYS PASS ON DODGY STUFF. BE AWARE PEOPLE NO GOOD.

Looked at some cars, wanted more info on one in particular and to test drive it, walked around to find someone but no one there. Called the phone number off the internet only to be told, by appointment only (it's not written anywhere) and what do you want to no? I asked when could he possibly get to the car yard as we had cash to buy and he said in roughly 2 hours. We will never be back or recommend this place.

I bought a car there 10 months ago good service quick delivery, they offered me a 1 year warranty which was a very good idea. My car broke down yesterday, the clutch gone. I contacted the business via email. If the warranty issues are dealt with as fast as the sales and delivery I will give the business more than the 5 stars.

Good prices, great car that came with free 3 year warranty. Super happy with the car we bought. Communication a bit difficult as English was not their first language. Company does not deliver as ad in Autotrader stated. Not very chatty but I would buy from them again because of the quality of the car and price.
