After spending weeks looking for a new couch, We walked into Mor and immediately found 4 couches that were perfect. even during the pandemic we are going to have our new couch delivered in under 6 days! the selection was incredible and the staff were laid back and friendly. this was the easiest purchase i have ever made. i can not wait to get our new couch! the attached photos are not the couch we bought. these are the ones we immediately saw and were excited about. we like the one we got so much i did not even think about taking a picture to think about later. even the purchase time was under 10 minutes with 24 month no interest financing. i do not even know how any other furniture store can compete with these guys. If you go to the one on Menaul and san mateo, ask for Lisa... she is amazing! thanks Lisa! A Side note. PLEASE GET RID OF THE FLORESCENT LIGHTING! it messes with the colors you see. the picture of me on the couch, that couch looks completely green in the store.

I've shopped at Mor twice in the last 3 years and I've been very happy with my purchases and the service I received. I bought a sectional during May of 2020 and with all the furniture shortages/back orders because of the pandemic, the staff was able to find me a sectional that would fit my temporary needs. I kept this in mind knowing I would want to upgrade my couch in a few years. So last week I went back to Mor to look for a new sectional, coffee table, and rug. Josue Martinez was my salesman and he helped me for 2 hours while I walked back and forth trying to find the couch I wanted. He was there to answer all my questions and gave me some valuable feedback, without being overbearing. I'm very happy with my sectional and rug choice. I'm still waiting for my coffee table to be delivered. I really appreciated Josue's help and I will definitely go back to Mor and hopefully work with Josue for an entertainment console and dresser.

Went to go look for a new front room suit looked around, a lot of the colors of the furniture are exactly the same they're pale Gray, to Gray. Gray depending is a depressing color to me, but we did find some that were more like a white to gray that we're real nice. The Employees were not nice they didn't even weigh on us they didn't even come up to talk to us, they just stared as though we were gonna rob them. Unfortunately what we noticed is that the only people they were helping were Caucasian. They walked right by us. I guess this place don't like Christian bikers. We honor God as I do in the books I write for children. This is a sad unkind place. I will buy my furniture elsewhere. Beware of how you dress, they are judgmental. You can come out from behind your counter we will not shop here. You have no worries employees.

PLEASE READ before you shop at this store. Very unsatisfied and at this point very disappointed. My wife and I were in the market for a bedroom set, we go in and are helped by letty. Helped… not at all she has no information for us, all she wants is for us to purchase something and get us out of there. So we buy a set and receive it. It was not the right color when specifically my wife asked her if she was putting the right color in the system and she kept insisting she did. WRONG! We tried to contact letty and get an answer from her, but before we say anything instead of trying to help she just says call customer service without trying to answer one question. I’m sure there are excellent representatives at Mor Furniture, but LETTY is not one. Save your time and work with somebody else. Somebody who cares a little bit more.

Bad experience with this place. Salesman was great as he should trying to make a buck but the quality of what I bought isnt there legs already fell off within two weeks my bed is already dipping due to uneven surface and the quality is just trash. I got a new bed so my baby can sleep on it but it's just been a nightmare. Tried asking for my money back and even asked for a replacement but i just got charged for it so had to cancel bc wth. Highly dont recommend. I even wasted my time going in to resolve the issue and nothing. Dont let them talk you into buying pillows either bc after awhile they arent worth it. I got told i had a $300 budget after purchasing my mattress and instead it just got added on to my bill as an extra cost it was no deal at all. Zero stars if i could.

I was assisted by Slay at Mor and had a very positive second experience at the store. Very helpful associates, no hard sale pitches, just a willingness to help me find what I wanted. Slay was quick, attentive, and friendly. He set me up with delivery within a few days- it’s really nice to not have to transport it and carry it myself. Both my living room furniture pieces are now from Mor, and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of my previous purchase (a sofa) over the past three years. Their price for the quality is unbeatable in town.

Lena was exceptionally helpful and patient. It was my friend's first time with a power reclining sofa, and Lena allowed us all of the time we needed to fully appreciate the couch of the future. She answered all of our questions, was genuinely friendly, and did not pressure a purchase same-day when I told her I was interested, but would not be buying anything today. We came back about a week later, and Lena was just as helpful in making the actual purchase easy and quick.

Kendall was amazing. He was very patient and understanding of our situation. He ensured that our needs and wants are met. He ensured we got our free gifts. We came in completely unsure of what we wanted and he worked with us through the entire process. He also ensured that we got the best products for the money we wanted to spend. He ensured we knew about promos and sales! Thank you Kendall so much for making this purchase an amazing experience.

Kendall at Mor is awesome! He'll give you a great deal. Our furniture was well worth the wait! It is gorgeous! Well crafted and packaging was ample. They even let me pick up our furniture on a Monday when the delivery center is closed cause I had other appointments and live 2 1/2 hours away. His boss Jim even gave a hand loading. I've spent a ton of money at Mor and they do not disappoint. A+ In customer service and quality.

Wish I can give them no stars my delivery was totally wrong……. took 2 weeks to fix blamed the customer ….bed was set up wrong janathan the manager ignored are complaints had the supervisor take over didn’t here back from the supervisor for a few days till I called and he was rude dishonest and arrogant he said my store my policy’s gave me corporate wrong phone number do not do business here very dishonest behaviors

We called Mors on a Saturday discussing the sale coming up. We were looking for a mattress and live out of town but we ended up coming in store, and found Slay. Slay took care of us with amazing support and professionalism. He really listened to what we had to say and gave us different options for a mattress. He was able to get us what we needed and wanted. Very good customer service through and through.

Raymond was such an awesome guy! Super helpful and allowed us our time to really make a decision without being pushy or your typical sales person. He really helped me make a special purchase as a gift to my father and I never even expected to buy anything today, but I really couldn’t pass up the deal and the time invested into us by Raymond. Adequate customer service by Josue. My partner & I were in search of a love-seat. Josue looked into other options, prices, & stock for us. He was patient while my partner discussed options. We were satisfied that our seat will be delivered soon, however, the recliner I’ve chosen will be delivered over 4 weeks. Overall, we had no issues. Enjoyed free refreshments! We worked with Lisa to buy a new sectional and it was super fast and easy. We made our purchase during their Labor Day Sale. The website showed a few hundred dollars off for the sectional we wanted, but we got even more off buying in store compared to what the website indicated. Highly recommend working with Lisa and we’ll be making future purchases at Mor.

Josue was a great sales associate. Im a fast shopper and he was definitely on his toes with showing me exactly what I was looking for. I had 3 options and went with the 1st product he introduced me to. 45 minutes and some new couches, i have no complaints. Came in with my family to look for a couch that could withstand 3 children under 6 years old. Lisa explained all our options, gave us time to browse on our own, and made recommendations based on what our needs were. We ended up with a wonderful couch at a great price!
