Horrible customer service. I was there for over 24 years and NEVER had such bad service as the last 6 six years. I just couldn't take it anymore. I would not recommend this storage to any one. Don't expect ANY refunds or deposits from this operation.

The older couple that was there 2 years ago were amazing. The new office attendant was extremely rude and snippy when asked about a daily rate. This place is definitely not what it used to be. They've raised prices as well. Look elsewhere.

They keep messing with my bill pay it then get a call saying that they cancelled out the transaction comeback in let's get it straightened out I think the employees are stealing money trying to go undetected
