A great touch of wilderness in the middle of the city. This park has a great amount of amenities. Washrooms, playground, bbqs, picnic tables and a fantastic trail. There is construction in the parking lot off of Morningside and a part of the trail. But the portion of the trail thats open is fantastic. A great trail to walk, run, or bike. Its a paved trail, but if you want to see the water you will have to go off trail. Be prepared to see the wildlife. Deer, chipmunk and fish. Its a very fantastic place.

Really nice park for walks. If you're riding a bike, the sign says don't exceed 10km/h so just be weary.
