On many occasions I had to visit this library when I needed to print important documents. In most cases the library was quite untill 3:00pm when all the kids get out of school then chaos occurs. Other then that staff members are on point and attentive to the needs of patrons. Good place for some quite time or book selections. I will warn you do go early if you're going to use the computer's as they are always booked.

This has to be the worst library I have ever visited, me and my son came here to check out some books in the childrens section. There were bad little kids running and playing, teenagers talking really loud and laughing... as soon as we walked in, we walked right back out. Horrible, useless place to educate ones mind. They hardly have any books, how can you even call this place a library!?!

Been in the Bronx for a year and been going to this library since I moved and so far their customer service is very helpful, they’ve have taken their time to find books I couldn’t find or overlook, very patience, always clean, not to loud(basically yu can sit down and enjoy a good book lol)...I’ll have recommend this library for all ages

there amazing with children they have wonderful Programs for children and teen as well for adults. The reception there is GREAT very friendly. Great security. They take there time out to care for you individually. plus very organized and has nice books Glad to say I come here everyday. they make me feel at home.

The adults and children in there are incredibly loud the security guard is useless when you try and inform the staff about it they aren't helpful the book selection isn't great either you ask the staff to help you locate a book and they are just as lost as you are definitely not that great of a library by far

Two floors but very small overall, with lots of malodorous homeless (no offense, but it's a fact that soap and hot water are free at the shelters) -- interesting that such cramped spaces needs a security guard.

The adults in there are as loud and juvenile as the children that come there... The staff and security don't care. Most are texting or gossiping on their phones...Do NOT come to this library...

The manager, Mr. Nemar is so patient is the kids area. He knows the kids my name and they respect him. He should have more um help up in that area. The kids can be a little rowdy at times.

This library is okay. Beautiful, minimalist set up. But this hands down has to be THE LOUDEST LIBRARY I have ever been to. This includes weekends and weekdays :/ .

I love it in there! Staff was helpful and it's nice and clean. Got my kid their first library card today. It was super quiet, we went friday, early afternoon.

Loud, obnoxious kids, terrible place to read and study. Children unattended, teens loud act as if it's a hang-out spot. Too noisy of a place to be a library.

I've been going to this library since the late 60's beautiful neighborhood library. Wonderful staff after school expects school students to arrive

Clean airy good desk service a bit noisy sometime but not a bad place still can get your work done or read a book get online print anything needed

It's a really good place to go if you wanna work on a school project :3 not the quietest library in the Bronx but definitely one of the nicest.

I love going to the library, especially taking my 7 yr old neice. Everyone was nice and friendly. They have good activities for the kids.

I love this place it nice and there’s even computer if u don’t have a library card and you can also play on the Will

it has a lot of good books but its noise and some people use the compeuter to not do research

It's a descent library mondays is not a good day to go it's full of people just hanging out.
