I was in Chisinau early June 2016. I had made booking directly to the owner of this car rental and i was very happy about their response. This is a family running business by 2 brothers. Dont be afraid by their look, they might look too serious but they have a great heart, really really nice people that I never met at any other car rental. I and my bf arrived to airport very late, and the owner offered to come pick up at airport to come to his office to finalize the contract and payment. My bf was very nervous to drive at night in a new place where they drive opposite site from where we are from. The owner understood and helped to drive us to our hotel. They then later again offered to drop us at the bus station when we drop-off the car. All in all, they are always available for you, whenever you need their assistance. To me personally, I was very moved by their friendliness and helpfulness. A business which doesnt just take money from client but care for client as their friends. Highly recommend to book at this car rental.

Am închiriat o Dacie pe 3 zile. N-au luat bani pentru că am venit după ora 17, în altă parte plătisem 200lei peste. La predarea mașinei n-au exagerat cu pretenții, în altă firmă plătisem 150 lei că mașina nu era spălată, cu toate că , o luasem murdară. Am aflat că MOTOMOX nu au taxa de aducere și preluare la aeroport. Data următoare am să iau mașina la aeroport .

Am închiriat mașina pe data de 15/11/2017 după ce mulți mi-au refuzat cînd aflau că plec la țară, avionul inloc de 19:30 ( ora prevăzută ) a ajuns cu patru ore de intirziere, am găsit băieții de la agenție cu mașina în aeroport. nu mi-au luat pentru aceasta inconveniență bani in plus ( cu toate că aviau tot dreptul).foarte gentili si bravi.recomand la toți.

never came at the airport as agreed i had to call them and wait. very arrogant old idiots. i have booked a Renault duster and i got a dacia duster insted. they told me that in Moldova Renault is Dacia. at the end of the rental they wanted money to wash the car. give some ekstra money and rent form another company

Igor and Aleksandr are trustable people. Rented Toyota Auris for two days, the car was a bit tired but Moldavian roads are the same. We didint have to worry about the car too much and they werent captious when returning the deposit. Pleasant experiance overall

Keine Autovermietung gefunden. Wo Motomix sein sollte, war nur eine Farmacia und daneben eine Vermittlung für Apartments. Kein Hinweis oder Schild vorhanden....War sehr enttäuschend, da wir das Auto schon von zu Hause aus bestellt hatten.

Воспользовался услугами этой компании первый раз. Арендовал Toyota Camry hibrid. Пять дней в горах Румынии, машина только украсила впечатления. Доброжелательный персонал. Получил скидку и лояльное отношение. Рекомендую!!!

Very relaxed attitude. Low price for the cheapest option (around 20 euros a day for hyundai i20 in July 2023). Very good value for money. We will definitely rent again here.
