Gave me wrong ticket, car time and type of car was wrong. Charged me for over 2 hours of parking when we arrived prior but were asked to wait because they were busy.

The parking master's skills are bad. The car was scratched. I didn't pay attention to it. It's too unreliable to give a tip.

I call & ask if they have space they say yes. I’m already outside. I pull up & they tell me no but let someone else in.
