I have walked into Ariel's office with back pain and walked out in no pain. I have had a chronic back problem for over 20 years and Ariel has changed my life! I am able to do so many things now without fear of pain and if I do get pain, she has taught me the exercises to do to relieve the pain and get back on track. I recently became a grandma and she taught me how to safely lift and carry my grandson. That's priceless! I have exercise routines she taught me that are manageable and target my weaknesses. At age 62, I feel I am the strongest I have been in a very long time. In addition to her professionalism and smarts, Ariel is kind, caring and patient. Thank you, Ariel!

Arielle is extremely effective and studious when it comes to treatment. Her flexibility and keen insight into therapies and approaches are superb. As a member of a medical family and ex dancer/long distance runner I can attest to the effectiveness and skill of her therapy.
