Every single staff member at Movement Solutions is so lovely to deal with. I see Taffina regularly for lymphatic treatments for lipedema and lymphedema and she is not only fantastic at her job, but so kind and supportive - which rare, but SO appreciated by someone with chronic illness. The admin staff are always friendly and accommodating and really work their magic with waitlists. If there’s ever a time I need a treatment unexpectedly, I usually can get in pretty quick. The office vibe is uplifting with fun holiday themes and charitable drives for the community. Even the therapists that I don’t know personally smile and say hello as they walk by. What a great example of incredible teamwork. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my life.

From the moment I first walked through the door at Movement Solutions, I've felt welcome and like I was right where I needed to be. Kim and Andrea always greet me with a warm smile & hello. I've been under the expert physiotherapy care of Kareem since August for Plantar Fasciitis, tendonitis & some aches & pains associated with aging. He's taught me various exercises & stretches to assist with my rehabilitation and shows genuine interest and concern for my well-being. For the past few months Kareem has helped me with a very stubborn shoulder injury. He's been patient and supportive every step of the way. I can't say enough great things about Shawn. He helped me recover from meniscus surgery. I don't know where i would be without him. he got my mobility back to 99 percent. he is uplifting when your frustrated and just want it better overnight. I could not have been in better hands. My daughter had her knee pain treated by Kareem. He was kind and really good at asking the right questions to diagnose her issues and give her the right exercises to help her heal. He was great at teaching the exercises as well. She had months of knee pain that was mostly gone after 1 treatment and she was back to sports after 3 treatments. I can't say enough great things about Kareem!

I can't thank Sarah Biro enough for the treatment I received. She were incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose an issue with both my back and hip that was causing me some major mobility issues. The front desk was also very friendly and payments/direct billing was easy as I've ever had it. This place will be my first go-to if I need any other treatments in the future.

The staff is very friendly and the office is designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. I am sure all the physiotherapist are great but I have to complement Luke Binnington on the level of care and service he has provided my entire family. I have been going to Movement Solutions for a few years both at the new and old locations. They are a class act. All the staff are warm and welcoming and the treatments are thorough and exceptional. For some reason this place is called movement solutions even though there is no gym or area to move. Go somewhere with a better facility that can actually help you recover. Absolute joke of a clinic
