This one star rating has nothing to do with the food and EVERYTHING to do with customer service provider by the delivery driver. An order was placed and when the delivery driver arrived, he sat in the drive way and actually blew the horn without getting out first. When he noticed me coming out the door he just sat there. I went back in to get my daughter who actually order the food. By the time she headed to the door he banged on the door and then sat the food on the ground. When we went outside to ask him if he thought this was acceptable he yelled racial slurs while backing out of the driveway. The manager at the restaurant was made aware by actually driving there in person, meanwhile the driver was there continuously using profanity toward us. This behavior was witnessed by other customers. I love the food but I will never support a business that allows this type of behavior toward paying customers especially when race is a factor. BLACK PEOPLE deserve the same respect as others especially when your accepting all of our green dollars.

This Food is LEGIT! Ermerrrrgosh I haven’t had Chinese this good in over a decade! Finally I found a spot in Jax. Friendly customer service and reasonably priced too! I ordered a sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken combo and both had nice pieces of chicken none of that curled up cat meat u be seein at some spots. The flavor was on point too! We also got veggie fried rice and it was cooked to perfection! We also had the Lomein which was very tasty and the garlic broccoli was FIYAH! Had a nice kick to it! I should have taken photos, but we tore it up real quick, ain’t but a noodle left!

I highly recommend Mr. Dragon Chinese restaurant!. I will tell you why…. This is my second time ordering from them through Uber eats. I ordered the curry chicken with white rice. The curry chicken was excellent and fresh and a good portion. It wasn’t gooey or weird like some Chinese restaurants. I also ordered a soda which was a good fresh sprite. It was not flat. I also ordered their fried chicken wings. Their chicken wings are fresh , crunchy , flavored well. If you want some good chicken wings I would definitely recommend ordering their chicken wings. I’m very pleased with their service! I’m a very picky eater and I’m funny when it comes to my chicken. But their chicken is of quality and excellent. OMG!!! THIS IS THE FASTEST REVIEW I EVVVVVEEERRR GAVE IN MY LIFE. Tonight was my first night here and the only thing I have to say is I found my new favorite place near Normandy. I will definitely be back!!! The flavors were immaculate and marvelous. The presentation was on point and smells were detectible. We had the combination plate. The following plates were ordered: Beef with broccoli, orange chicken, pepper steak &onions, veggie mei fun, and sweet and sour chicken. I savored my food which is rare for me. If you want some DELICIOUS Chinese food, I recommend stopping by. They are always super busy, so there's usually like a 20 minutes wait (it's worth it)! The parking lot isn't designed the most efficient way, but don't allow that to cause you to miss out on some good food. I always order the General Tso chicken with house fried rice. I have not been disappointed ever. There is a drive-thru. Usually I place my order before I go there. That way I don't have to wait in the parking lot. Inside isn't very big. Now I am craving it .

I never leave reviews for food, but I just had to leave a review for mr dragon. This was the first time I have ever ordered (not sure why bc I literally live off Cassat it’s so close) anyways, my regular places were closed today. I ordered the beef and broccoli, spring rolls, and steamed dumplings - everything was ON POINT! I was actually rly surprised - lots of flavor, freshly cooked and hot, didn’t skimp on the broccoli and it was not over cooked. The beef had no grizzle and was tender, and I loved the addition of carrots! The spring rolls were small but had good flavor! The dumplings were huge and the sauce was really yummy - I have no complaints and will definitely be making this my new go to Chinese food spot!

It was my first time going here and my experience was great because the server that attended me was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The food was delicious. I would definitely buy from here again. I gave the atmosphere a 2 star because it does look trashy and unclean outside and indoors but overall the important thing is the food and service.

Delivery Service by the white guy in beige van has poor customer service. He pulled up blew his horn several times. Bang on my door several times to just drop our food off at the door. And the thing is we had people outside. I never requested my food to be left on the ground we not in COVID mode anymore but this is not the first time I had problems with him. He is a horrible person to be representing a nice restaurant with good food. I recommend you to go pick your food up or order through UberEats or DoorDash. He rushed off so quick and was so rude I couldn’t leave him a tip and thank God I didn’t.

Sorry to say, that had to be the worst experience I've had with Shrimp Fried Rice. It only included Rice, Shrimp and onion. Included no eggs or vegetables and cost over $10 for the Large. Rice was over cooked and the taste was awful. It was really disappointing because I was all worked up to get that Chinese flavor that makes you want more. Couldn't allow their efforts to be considered Shrimp Fried Rice, but it was just as advertised; JUST SHRIMP & FRIED RICE that was Yellow and didn't have much SOY SAUCE.

The food is very good,however this single star is being given for customer service. The lady in the window is rude and she doesn't listen. I ordered two of each entree and she messed the order up again and forgot one. She then offered to fix it in 5 minutes and ran back inside and after 10 minutes of sitting on the parking lot, she comes back outside WITH NO FOOD THEN LOOKS AT ME LIKE SHE SAW A GHOST!!!! I was so upset I couldn't even say anything. I'm just going to stop coming up there. I'd rather drive to Hoho's on the Northside at least I know they will get my order correct.

Some of the best Chinese food my wife and I have had in the area compared to similar locations. The General Tso's chicken, Cream Cheese Fried Wontons, and House Special Fried Rice were all great! They were very busy making multiple orders at once for callers and delivery drivers the night I went, but the food was well worth the wait.

The food was garbage today. The lomein didn't have any veggies or sauce on it. The pepper steak didn't have any steak today just veggies. The plate was thrown together and I hate it. They had a whole hour to fix my food and gave me a plate that was worth giving to a dog. I won't be coming back here anymore. Had Chinese delivered and it was 30 mins late arriving. Food was overcooked and egg rolls almost burnt. Rice very dry. Don't order krab and cream cheese roll cause it's all cream cheese. Very disappointed when it had 4 ⭐..when I called and told them they were asking what I want them to do? Um offer money back or something people. One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve found in Jax. I always order delivery and it is always hot and fresh. The instructions are always catered to. They have a fantastic egg roll and I’m surprised by how delicious and well cut their bbq boneless spare ribs are. Reminds me of NYC food. Yum!

I like Mr. Dragon because of the different flavors they have for their chicken wings and their fried rice is legit fried rice, unlike other places that use yellow rice and call it “fried.” Egg rolls are pretty good as well and not greasy. Pretty good. You can go inside or through the drive-thru. I ordered the sesame chicken combo. Its nice you get to choose your rice. I got vegetable fried rice. Decent portion size. They have a nice wing selection with different sauces. My husband loved his shrimp egg foo young. Sweet tea was great. Customer service was awesome. I would eat here again.

Used to be our favorite take out joint, however on the last visit food was completely different wasn't as good as it used to be. Disappointed is an understatement, house rice was bland and sticky honey wings was salty.

Thai chicken and beef basil is awesome. Very flavorful and spicy. Mu shu is very good to. Pancakes could be fresher but the rest is very good

I ordered the "Quart of Mongolian Chicken" which was essentially 4 pounds of vegetables and 6 little pieces of rubbery chicken. Terrible.

The food is always fresh! However, the lady at the window never smiles! No matter how nice you are to her she never returns a smile!
