Mr. Smooth Move has once again gone above and beyond all expectations that anybody would expect or should I say wish for. Long story short. What was meant to be an easy pick up collection and relocation exercise turned into a 3 day headache with two rental agents and landlords letting us down on two separate days where Robin's team led by Million the driver sat at my complex with a full load of furniture waiting while we scrambled to find alternative accommodation which never happened on day 1 as planned. Robins team eventually left with my load after 6pm and still went and offloaded my load into storage that Robin arranged fòr me as he had the truck booked for the following days loads. Day 2 rolled around and the second agent again let us down at the 11th hour. Today I secured an alternative rental from a superb agent who met me, took the deposit and months rental and handed me keys immediately and said i can move in today. That was after 2pm. I notified Robin but mentioned that I understood he was busy so whenever he could arrange his team to bring my load I'd be greatfull. Robin arranged the team and truck to go load up my stuff that was offloaded, come pick up the balance we could not load up inititially and offload at my new place. The team arrived at 5pm and got me loaded and offloaded by 10pm on a Saturday night. There was not a minute the team complained about time or how much there was to move. They were smiling and polite and carefull with our stuff from start to finish. Its small businesses with incredible work ethics and manners like these guys who deserve all the support and praise they get and more. To Robin, Million and the team. You guys are the No. 1 in a million and I cannot thank you enough for your superior level of service and assistance you provided when we had no options of where to go. My neighbour used them. They parked a huge trailer on my lawn. Not just inconsiderate, but stupid, seeing that I have concrete garden balls protecting entry onto my lawn. Plus both drivers were hooting to communicate with each other quite a bit when leaving. So no regard for private property or rules of our Estate. When I approached them, the one staff member jumped off the truck, trying to intimidate me. I told them they were idiots and I would get security to escourt them out. I definitely would not use them or recommend them.
