I had an old drain pipe that broke in my wall. Called Mr. Rooter. They sent my technician Shane the same day within about 4-5 hours. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on. I could go on and on about how great Shane was but I’ll just say the best thing was that I even though he couldn’t fix the problem until the next morning he was mostly concerned with our safety and comfort with having exposed wall and pipe and keeping us safe from possible critters! He gave us several options and offered to patch up the wall he offered to install access panels. He really made us feel safe. He replaced the pipe and swept up his mess left my house spotless. He was super kind and he did all this work even though it was his birthday. If you were wondering The job was very expensive though it cost us over $900 but I’m not complaining.

A sewer line backed up into the house over the weekend. Called on Sunday, got an appt for Monday. Shane Arnold performed the service AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. He was very professional and had a great personality. He explained everything as he went along and showed me the problem once he had located it. He cleared the issue and took great care to make sure the line was flowing freely before leaving. I was extremely uneasy, expecting to be taken advantage of, given the situation. Mr. Arnold's actions during the service put me at ease and made me feel as if I could TRUST what he was saying to me. I will absolutely be calling Mr. Rooter for my plumbing needs and I will ALWAYS BE REQUESTING MR. ARNOLD EVERY TIME. Much appreciated.

Around 8 pm last night, when draining the bathtub, water started leaking from the base of the toilet in both of my bathrooms. Called Mr. Rooter around 7:30 this morning and they sent Zachary to me less than 2 hours later. He quickly assessed the situation and got everything cleared up in less than an hour. Service was super quick. Zachary thoroughly explained all of my options to me, with pricing. After cleaning my clean out, it was determined that my toddlers use way too much toilet paper. Definitely will be calling them again, but really hoping I won’t have to!

I used Mr. Rooter this week. They were able to work me in quickly. Zack, my technition, did a thorough job and I was pleased with the service. Pricing was reasonable and approximately the same as projected cost for this service on the internet. They were open to my questions on pricing and I knew what I was going to pay before the work was started and what my options were on the methods of payment I could use. I was distressed when my drain clogged, but Mr Rooter's prompt service quickly relieved my stress.

I was very pleased with how everything ran, especially when first confronted with the plumbing problem. Water was running all over the kitchen! I looked up plumbers on the internet and selected Mr. Rooter. It was possible to get immediate service which of course I was very grateful for. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly to me. He then went out to purchase the parts and things corrected in a short time. He then tried the system out to make sure it worked right.

After submitting a request for service online, I received a call back in less than an hour to schedule an appointment the same day. Zack arrived a little earlier than I was expecting but was gracious when I did arrive to meet him. He was polite, professional, and quickly addressed the issue. After the service, Zack also provided a recommendation for preventive maintenance. Many thanks to Zack and the team at Mr. Rooter for such excellent service. We appreciate you!

Dan did a fantastic job at diagnosing and remediating the issues we had. We had a particularly tough clog in our sewer main and he stuck with it and got it removed, despite the job taking longer than planned and involving the removal of a section of vent pipe. He also was super clear on pricing and how long things were going to take. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, and I cannot recommend Dan highly enough.

Beau came in and diagnosed the problem I was having with my water heater, unfortunately I needed a new one. The price to replace it was 1000.00 lower than the other company that came out a week prior. He was professional, neatly dressed and cleaned up after he was done. I took him less than 2 hours to get the job completed. And he went out and got the heater himself!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEAU RODDY!!!

This is the second time I’ve had Jason come do plumbing work at my home. He’s very thorough and ensures things are done correctly. Great technician. The only thing that I feel needs a little more structuring is your pricing. That’s the only thing that may likely cause me to look elsewhere for plumbing services in the future. Five starts for Jason! Two stars for cost. Sorry.

Shane Arnold was great to work with. He showed up early and gave me a lot of clear information about what had to be done and proved that he really knows his business. My technician was Beau and he was very kind and professional. My issue ended up being much worse than either of us anticipated and he still got me up and running same day! I can't speak on the prices as I've never needed plumbing work before (and as nice as you were Beau, I hope to never need your services again!), but for the time and work done, it seemed reasonable.

Zachary did a fantastic job with clearing a drain pipe for us. His knowledge of plumbing helped tremendously when it came time to think outside of the box! He was able to overcome an obstacle and get the job done! I should mention our house is 70 years old so the pipes are not up to current specs. I would highly recommend Zachary and Mr. Rooter! Chad did anything excellent job in pinpointing where the actual leak was coming from. He was very professional and very knowledgeable! Upon arrival to my house,he immediately went to work. He kept me in the loop of everything that he was doing. I am very grateful for Mr Rooter sending someone like Chad! A job well done!

My sewage line was backed up. I’ve had this problem a year ago as well. Mr. Dan helm was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time he helped to unplug whatever the cause of the backup was in a short amount of time he was even able to suggest future repairs that may need to be done to my property.

Our project was not an easy one. Other contractors passed or priced it very high. Mr. Cowboy worked all day cutting, repairing, installing (again, not an easy project) and was impressively happy and up professional throughout the project. Very thankful for him and his good work!

Zach was on time and spent a lot of time trying to open my clogged subsurface drain. He was able to clear 1 line but the other apparently has separated. He did make useful suggestions to get around this issue. He was pleasant and courteous throughout.

I was charged 400 plus dollars for him to wipe dust off the burner of my hot water heater.. which took 2 minutes….. I approved work that I thought would take more then 2 minutes and consist of removing part.. that didn’t happen
