When I called Natal's, I wasn’t sure they’d be able to help because I was having trouble with a mini split, which some AC companies don’t service. Also, I’d purchased the system elsewhere and had it installed by my own licensed electrician, and I know that some companies won’t service anything they didn’t sell or install. The rep who took my call understood the situation, assured me that Natal’s could service it, and told me how much the inspection/diagnostic would cost. The company texted and called to confirm the appointment, and they even called to let me know that an earlier slot had opened up, which I happily took advantage of. When he arrived, the technician was clearly very familiar with systems like mine. I told him about the problems I’d been having, and between that information and his own inspection, he soon arrived at a solution. What had stumped my own electrician for nearly a week, this guy figured out in about 30 minutes. I will absolutely be using Natal’s again. UPDATE: About six months after the last visit, I had to call Natal's again. Same technician came out -- Nidal -- and after I explained the problem, he went very methodically through the full list of potential causes. He was very thorough and rigorous in his approach and was clearly determined to fix my system. After a little trial and error, he zeroed in on the problem and resolved it. Throughout, he was transparent about what he was doing and about pricing. In cases like this, where an AC system is on the fritz, the repair process can be frustrating, but Nidal made it simple and straightforward -- about as painless as it could've been. I highly recommend Natal's.

Wow, I can't overstate how amazing this company is. I have a double, and the hvac on my tenant side stopped working overnight due to an electrical issue. After multiple companies (literally 3) came out and insisted that upgrading BOTH electrical panels and meters was the only solution (after only about 5 minutes of diagnosis) this company sent Patrick who spent over an hour examining everything inside and outside and determined that was not the case. While he recommended an upgrade of the panels at some point, he assured me that the situation was not as painted by the other companies, and I had time to save up for the upgrade. Nidal came and completed the fix this morning and I'm up and running with around $550 spent instead of the thousands quoted by everyone else. BOTH techs were professional, courteous, and took time to explain everything and make me feel empowered as a consumer. HIRE THIS COMPANY if you want it done right.

Natale's HVAC services recently installed a new A/C and heating system at my house, after the old system finally gave out. They were always in good contact with me via phone and email, and everything seemed to go really smooth. Patrick and his team even lent us a portable A/C unit and set it up to make the downtime more bearable, especially for the kids. Mr. Joe and his team of installation specialists did an outstanding job and they even went over every detail with me before, during, and after the job. A few times my dog ran out the front door, and they ran down the street after him to get him back. They were stand-up guys and treated us well. They offer unbeatable financing and different equipment options at different price levels. This was a full inside and outside job, and they brought us up to code and provided us with a great system that blows cold and should last for a long time.

11/2023 update: Natal's continues to be our HVAC vendor of choice. They dependably provide reliable estimates of costs and timelines. Michael recently responded on a need we had with an old furnace that went out (and was originally installed in a wonky manner). He quickly identified the issue, solution and plan to correct the piping. Super professional and fair all around. 2021: Nidal with Natal’s serviced our tenant’s unit on an after hours call. He was prompt, thorough, an excellent communicator and very kind. He was able to fix the issue and get the apartment cooling properly in under an hour. We signed up for preventative maintenance services and I’ll be using Natal’s for plumbing in the future. I’m happy to pay their within market prices for such top notch service.

Rodney was nice and easy going.After so many instances of service men lying, breaking, not fixing correctly, disappearing and overcharging, I no longer trust my instincts. But Rodney turned out to be true. He came to the appointment on time and explained and answered all my questions. Two days later my water heater was installed, and I was thrilled to find hot water when I came from work. Before, I had to had to light my water heater heater if I wanted hot water, basically once a day — it really only light one tank full of water, and after that, it would not stay lit . I CC lived like this for over 6 months, this is how much I dreaded dealing with finding a plumber to do the job!. Will definitely look to them for future plumbing, and electrical needs.

Aaron and Roy recently replaced my A/C and Heating system. They were very professional and completely focused on the job. Aaron and/or Roy continually informed me of their progress throughout the day and explained the process. Organization and cleanliness is definitely a priority of Natals. I had things ready to protect my floors, etc, but these guys came prepared. They placed drop cloths in ALL areas that could get dirty, kept parts and tools well organized and placed the old unit neatly at the curb ( as I requested). You couldn't tell that any work was done inside and outside my home! The warranty on my new system is exceptional. Would highly recommend Natal's for all your HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs. Natal's is a fantastic company with honest and informative technicians. I really appreciate their new maintenance plan which has many added benefits compared to the previous version and they are truly honest people. I knew one of my air conditioning systems was going to be in bad shape and likely in need of some repair. Natal's came in well below my expected cost (considering the unit has not been serviced in two years and is 15 or so years old). They were also able to do the work on the spot and had the necessary equipment on the truck. I have accepted that I will likely end up replacing this AC unit completely and when I do, I will be calling Natal's to have the work done correctly.

Natal's lines of communication are efficient and reliable. Beginning one week before my appointment the Company contacted me to communicate re any confirmation and/or changes. On the day of my Service I received a phone call from the Natal's Office and then a text to alert me my Technician, Mr. T. J. Waguespack, would be arriving to my service address within :30 minutes. Mr.. Waguespack was on time!! Once he was here, Mr. T. J. was: professional, hard working, knowledgeable and sincere! I am going to request Mr. T. J. Waguespack for future AC Services with Natal's. I am confident I am going to enjoy my relationship with Natal's Air Conditioner, Plumbing and Heating Services!!!

I had a leaking seal that was probably something I could have repaired on my own, but preferred to seek assistance from a professional just in case it turned out to be a larger job. It was just what I thought, however the job was completed much quicker than I would have been able to myself. Customer service was fantastic, and Devon was very friendly, professional, and efficient and even gave some love to my 14 year old dog! I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. I will absolutely use Natals in the future for plumbing needs and possibly others!

We’ve had great experiences so far with Natal’s service. They’ve been responsive when we needed service calls and our new AC system has been humming along nicely. I’ve had people raise an eyebrow when I’ve mentioned the cost… yes, it’s higher than trying to get some random technician or “I have a guy…”, but the transparency/organization and level of service are worth it. I don’t have worry that I’m going to get jerked around only to find out I get the “tail light warranty”. Seriously, before Natal’s, I had a contractor tell me this (warranty lasts as long as you can see my tail lights). Never again, Natal’s 4 life.

Amazing experience. Boiler out for a week while landlord hired unqualified plumbers. I finally called Natals and they had someone here within an I had Jeremy who could not have been nicer or more competent for the initial diagnosis. Then Devon and Byron came out a hour later and installed new water tank. Amazing workers. Courtney who answers the phone is also a real gem. Will absolutely use this company forever. I called at 9:30 this morning with an emergency and by 3:30 they had diagnosed problem, sent for a new boiler and installed it. Most professional and competent company I’ve used in 22 years.

Devon was awesome! Never have I had someone come out to perform any type of service and have everything explained to me as Devon did. He was on time, polite, and extremely professional. He took the time out to make sure the work we needed done was completed and made sure that what was videoed reached my email clearly and successfully. Our technician, Joe, came for regular maintenance. Little did he know I had big challenges with our system that I hoped he could help with. Joe was patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to really understand the problem and offered a few possible solutions. He recommended we meet with someone within the company that specializes in problems such as ours, which I appreciated. He seemed to really want to help us find the best solution. This is my second experience with Natal’s have have been happy both times.

We had a hot water pipe burst underneath our home today and were struggling to find someone to come out and help us. Natal’s made it out in two hours, had us fixed up in 30 minutes and offered us an HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan that we could not pass up. Rodney was our technician and he was very thorough, professional and helped us get our issue fixed and water back on in the home. Very happy with this company! Our attic fan was completely broken, and all the hot air was making it hard for our AC to cool our house. I called on a Wednesday, James came by within the same hour to check things out, and on that Friday morning he and another tech, Jarod, had it totally replaced within an hour. The prompt and professional service was greatly appreciated! Fair prices too given the time of year/demand. Would definitely recommend!

Ty was here to perform a maintenance on the heating unit. Natal’s uses excellent software that texts you when the technician is en route and expected arrival time. Techs are also equipped with credit card readers. Ty was very professional and answered all my questions. He explained again the annual maintenance program because I had forgotten parts of it. He also answered a question I had about Freon in ACs. Highly recommend Natal’s.

Natal's has been excellent to us. They have done two repairs for us and seasonal maintenance. Once, they came within 20 minutes during an after-hours summer A/C emergency. Angel, Nidal, and the others are professional, considerate, and just generally great people. I cannot recommend this company enough. Seriously, it is almost weird how good they are; you just do not see service of this caliber for home maintenance issues.

Have used them for years, but the last two experiences have shown me they are only interested in getting your money . Charged 150 for weekend visit. Said we needed new condenser 5375. No detail in estimate. When I looked up serial number the condenser was under warranty. I confronted them and they offered to replace condenser coil for 2958. Got quotes from others. 4100 to replace unit. 1700 to replace the coil. Shysters!

Devon Smith performed outdoor gas preparation for the city to turn on my gas meter. In addition, he repaired the drain strand that was leaking due to damaged drainage and repaired my toilet water fixture so that it would fill up correctly. Devon is professional, personable, great work ethic, and I would refer him to any of my friends or family that needed a plumber! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

Natal's customer service answered my call quickly, listened and understood the issue, and assigned a master plumber to address the issue. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly, and the plumber arrived on time. He was very thorough in his inspection of our facility and promptly provided estimates for all work to be done. This was such a positive experience than ones I have had with other plumbing companies!

I had gotten 2 quotes from people who said I had to replace the entire wiring run from the heater to the main breaker. These guys looked at all the connections, verified the amp pull from the heating unit, checking the ratings, and let me know I didn't need new cables. I just needed better breakers to control the amp load. Their honesty and integrity saved me $1,300 in unnecessary repair costs. I would recommend them.

What a wonderful experience. My plumber provided fair pricing and alternative options that were reasonable. Prior to contacting Natal, I had two different plumbers come out and the diagnoses were the same, but the cost was significantly better with Natal. Friends of mine have used Natal's for years so when I bought a house in Algiers that needed a lot of repairs, they were the first people I called. They are excellent at scheduling and communicating appointments and their technicians show up on time and do a thoroughly professional job. I highly recommend Natal's for all your electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs - and they proved it to me on all three of those!

I had previously used a couple of different HVAC companies, and neither of them could figure out what was causing the issue with my heater. Natal’s came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes. They do a great job communicating with their customers about when the tech will arrive, and our tech Raiko was great at explaining what our issue was and what was causing it. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience. This is the second time we've had Devon from Natal's come out to help us, and he's been a class act every time. Updates before taking actions, educates on what he's doing and the reasons behind it. Open to suggestions when it's needed. Hopefully we don't have to use Natal's again since obviously, nobody wants to have a plumbing problem. But if we do, they're my go-to.

Devon did a great job on our plumbing issues! He and his assistant stayed late to make sure everything was working right. They got our house in top shape in time for Thanksgiving. We will call them again! Addition: we have now had our air conditioner cleaned and repaired by Rhett at Natal’s and he was wonderful! Natal's has been providing great service for us over the past few months. Other AC companies we have called are struggling to provide same day service, but we've had great success with Natal's prompt service calls, even on weekends. I used another company for several years, but have switched to Natal's. Our most recent technician, Mike, did a great job on a Sunday service call!

The only company we use for HVAC issues on both our home and our rental properties. Nidal is especially knowledgeable/friendly. We’ve used other companies in a pinch and they have been far less experienced and attempted to charge over 3x what Natal’s charges. Natal’s is an honest company that performs quality work.

The additional discussion on my current a/c installation design along with photos/video was much appreciated and helpful in making a decision on moving forward to resolve my issues.
