It was my second time bringing in my dog here for her dental and everything pertaining to the dental went well. Dr. Peter is always friendly and answers all concerns and makes you feel very comfortable. Prior to my follow appointment today, I noticed that there was dried blood on all of my dogs paws from getting her nails clipped while she had her dental as well. The follow up was with the vet Beth. When I brought up the fact that there is still dried blood from all four of my dogs paws from her nails being cut too short, instead of being apologetic and sympathetic she told me it's just "dirt." When it is clearly dried blood, she was defending her staff and was in denial and made me feel like I was in the wrong of being a concerned pet owner. The incident is already done, they could've notified me upon pick up that this did happen but Beth was unapologetic nor sympathetic. If you must go to this vet, make sure to ask to see Peter. I would avoid going here in a chance your pet is under care under Beth who seems like she doesn't take her job seriously nor care about customer's feelings. I will NOT be returning here for any vet services. Also, they ask you to review them in exchange for a free coffee.

First visit to this vet surgery last week for annual vaccinations for my border collie. Very impressed and happy with the service of vet Beth and nurse Dannii. Both were very professional and extremely friendly and kind to my dog who was a little anxious. They settled her with patience and understanding and pats and reassurance. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery and will be back. Hopefully not too soon though lol. Thanks Beth and Dannii for looking after my girl so well. Second visit has been worth another post. Receptionist Corrina was just lovely. Very efficient and friendly. My dog Willow has a complicated medical history and suffers from several conditions. We saw vet Peter and he was just the best. Willow gets very nervous at the vet and he showed a lot of compassion and care when treating Willow. She had to have several tests while there and nurse Amy was also very kind and caring towards Willow reassuring her and giving her lots of love. Could not recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you to all the staff who made both Willow and myself feel very confident that we were with a very caring and knowledgeable group of animal lovers❤️

From the time you make your first phone call, to your very first visit to the Clinic, Peter and his staff make you, and your furry friends feel incredibly welcome and relaxed. Peter and his staff have genuine care for the animals attending the clinic taking as much time as required to give a thorough examination, explanation as to what is going on for your pet, and all the instructions required regarding medication etc (if required), for when you leave the clinic. Both my furry babies Millie and Floyd have required a visit to Peters clinic and are both smitten by Peters kind nature. I highly recommend Mt Eliza Village Vet for their kindness to the pets and also the cost for a visit and treatment are most affordable.

The vets and staff are absolute saints! My poor puppy Alby didn't have a good start to life and they've been empathetic, nurturing and considerate throughout. And despite his rough going, he absolutely loves visiting! He should be scared but he's not, he loves them. He breaks land speed records to get from the car to clinic. Plus, I love how when I pick him up his ears always smell nice from all the pats he gets while there. We don't live close at all but this was our breeder's vet and it's worth the round trip knowing he gets the best, most knowledgeable and loving care.

BEST VET ! I would recommend this vet to everyone ! mostly friendliest people who generally care about the health and happiness of your animals they give me the convince every time I walk in that my dogs are getting the very best care out there and my dogs actually enjoy going back each time. I live around 15 -20mins away from the vet and do have closer vets nearby, where I have visited before but just haven't been happy with but for this vet I would travel even further then that because they are really worth it !!!! And now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just have to express our deepest gratitude for Peter and his team in helping us with our beloved Louie dog. Sadly Louie had battled with his health after an injection site sarcoma and a secondary tumor. Peter and Lauren came to our home providing comfort and reassurance we were doing the best thing for Louie. We held Louie all the way and he went so peacefully. It was emotional but we felt a sense of peace as it was best. Thank you for being so supportive and so caring during this time.

Fantastic professional and extremely courteous service. Both our dogs are genuinely excited about going to the vet! (Can't ask for much more than that!) All the staff are excellent a great team of people. It's also great to see the same vet each time, Peter Sorensen. All the other vets we have been too don't really have the facility to have the same person to deal with. Having the continuity with vet, animal and owner of animal is absolutely brilliant. (Just like having your own GP)

We recently took our beloved Sheltie Oscar to Peter and Libby and they were not only outstanding Vets but showed so much compassion and empathy to us and Oscar. Peter especially went over and above the call of duty by coming to our house early on Mothers Day to enable us to say goodbye to Oscar in the comfort of his own home. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them to the entire community.

During a holiday stay with family, my Cavoodle Minnie, suffered from hot spots and had a couple of visits to Mt Eliza Village Vets. The staff were very attentive and caring with her during her treatment. I was so impressed that the notes of her visit had already been emailed to her vets near home before I picked her up. We recently changed vets and can honestly say we couldn't be happier. Taken our Cat "TACO " and new puppy "BASIL" for their vaccinations and health checks. I have recently just moved into the area and did not have a family vet. I ended up here and I could not be happier. The hospital is clean and does not have that sterile hospital smell. Dr. Peter is very knowledgeable and put me at ease with my dogs skin issues. I cannot recommend this hospital any more!!
