Well what can I say.... except a massive thank you to Josh, Camilla and the team. Our boy Lochie (the border collie) has been in terrific hands since his first visit as a 12 week old pup and he is now coming up for 16 months. During this time he has had the usual check ups and when Lochie needed urgent attention at 4 months (very scary) and again more recently, Camilla and Josh were there every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I had to rush him over a few times. Everything was explained very clearly and calmly, and I was always provided with all available options upfront so I could make informed decisions about Lochie's care - which is very empowering as an owner, particularly with such an active pup! There were never any discrepancies regarding costs which are always explained upfront and Lochie's care is second to none. The team treat Lochie with such care and affection that he often runs up to the door when we arrive at the clinic - and I would have to say apart from Josh and Camilla, auntie Hollie is definitely his favourite! I am really pleased to have such a great clinic close to home and know that Lochie will be in such great hands for years to come. Thanks again, Lochie and family (and we promise - no more sticks for him to find!)

Wow beyond my expectations of the staff especially Dr Camilla and team (everyone) and the clinic is like a hotel feel so calming and welcoming. My 6 year old Shepherd has suspected IVDD only 4 days ago now he was paralysed from his back legs and unable to urinate on his own. I looked into IVDD care and soon found out it was manageable but with a very large dog it was going to be challenging but it's early days and our family dog could still improve. Dr Camilla was the only ONE Vet on the peninsula to support keeping Lokie alive and able to teach me how to express his bladder (still learning) and how to manage him at least to see if he improves. The staff are all about caring for your family pets and go beyond your expectations by providing extra things to make your pets life easier and Mt Martha Vet Clinic is even cheaper than any other vets on the peninsula. I highly recommend you only visit this Vet clinic, they care for your pets and show you alternatives to give them a second chance at least before you decide to put them down and they are very well priced fees. Took out Cavoodle here after he had been vomiting for a few days. Camille ran some tests and found out he had a bowel obstruction. He had surgery that day to remove a corn cob from his stomach. Discharged the following day with very clear instructions and follow up. Throughout the entire journey I was kept informed of my dog's progress and further steps that needed to be done. Was told about risks and benefits and costs through every step of the way. I cannot fault Camille and Josh's compassion and dedication throughout this whole ordeal. Grateful to say that our dog is doing perfectly fine and back to his cheeky self. Highly recommended 5 stars and will be always bringing our animals here in the future. Thanks again!!

Mt Martha vet took care of my dogs when they both came down with really bad gastro during covid times, and more recently, one of my dogs who'd previously had a bladder stone was showing worrying symptoms. Mt Martha vet saw us so quick and the next day she was in for a ultrasound, within less than 24 hours we knew she didn't have a stone and she was sent home with medicine for what they thought would be the issue, once test results came back they called us to tell us the result and to take the medicine. They are so responsive, efficient and caring. We really appreciate all the hard work the vets and support staff do, thanks so much! Roisin (and Penelope!)

Cannot recommend this vetinary practice highly enough. We have been with Josh and Camilla and their beautiful team of vet nurses for almost a decade now. Their care of out staffies, and of us, is exceptional. Clinically competent, professional and compassionate. From minor concerns to major surgery - they have never missed a beat and always treated the cause of the problem successfully. We also had our 2 previous dogs euthanised with Josh and Camilla and they were extraordinary in walking alongside us during such heartbreaking times. Very grateful for this outstanding practice and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Awesome place, with lovely and affectionate people! Dr Josh and Dr Camilla are very approachable and knowledgeable. As a visiting vet, I was really impressed and have witnessed how much they care each of their patients. They spent long enough quality time checking up the patient even with minor procedures. Especially nurses were very professional and lovely, you can tell the way they talk to your pets! As a human being who works in the same industry, I highly recommend this place. Plus, you can go lay on the Mornington beach while you are waiting for your pets procedure if you like!!

We moved to the area in 2015 with 2 older dogs. Both Josh and Camilla have always been sensitive, supportive and professional and the staff at Mt Martha Vet are delightful and helpful. Sadly one of our dogs was very ill and the end of life care provided was exemplary with follow up of our emotional well being afterwards. Our 12 year old labradoodle now has some medical issues and we know that we have a great service with our vet. Choosing a local vet was important to us and we appreciate the holistic service they provide.

In my experience as a dog owner of many years, Josh and his team are outstanding in their professional assessment, knowledge and treatment of pets. As a new and unwell patient, Bella received immediate attention, tests and follow up treatment. I was immensely impressed by Josh calling me on a Sunday and after hours to check on Bella’s progress and answering all questions I had regarding her treatment and well being. I can highly recommend this family run practice for taking excellent care of your pet.

Our fur-kids always receive the best of care at Mt Martha vet. Both our dogs have had some significant health issues from fractured teeth to a splenic tumour.
