Customer service was not at all acceptable. Ordered a Double shot macchiato with no milk only froth. I received a large milk coffee with lots of froth, when questioning it I was told that because they dont have small cups and this is how they are made. Staff proceeded to make me wait while making other coffees and told the other staff memeber I was complaining. Then when I received a new one it was it was no better still half a cup with milk and froth. I asked for her to re make it as there was milk in it she said you didnt ask for no milk, I said you need to talk with your staff memeber as we ordered it without milk. The other staff member made it this time right. Very disappointing that this is the representation of the company. I will never go again nor will I recommend! Very rude staff.

Never again Ham and cheese croissant, cheese burnt croissant steam rolled. The mrs wanted a Ham cheese tomato toastie on white bread ordered comes out with brown bread when questioned told that's all we had. WTF Saturday lunch time understand may be 4pm. Could not even get the coffee orders right when I took my half strength cappuccino back got the most evil look like to say how could you. did they not understand me? Well people we pay for a service and an item if it's not up to standard why should we accept it? Sick to death of fast food, coffee shops even OTR outlets using POORLY trained staff slapping togeather discusting food and beverages. Old fashioned services people that care where have they gone

I don't like to give negative reviews but this store needs to improve on customer service. There is rarely anyone out the front serving and they cannot see customers from the prep area behind a brick wall

I'm giving the two stars because the muffin was quite good but the coffee frappe was possibly the most disgusting thing I have tasted in a long time. It was like half a tin of coffee had gone in to the thing. I threw it out.

Easily the worst pie I've had. It came out incredibly hot I couldn't even hold it through the bag, so I had to leave it for 20 mins to cool down. Then when I did start eating it, it immediately broke apart and spewed it's meaty innards everywhere. I don't even know what to do with this mess and I'm still hungry.

Open early everyday, friendly staff who remember just how you like your coffee... freshly baked muffins have a wide range of selections including gluten free savoury and sweet.. highly recommended, if your ever in the city give their coffees and food selection a try I guarantee you won't be disappointed …

Visited once and ordered an iced chocolate and it game out weirdly powdery? And tasted almost like sand. I let it go and decided to visit again, ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it was badly toasted and lukewarm. Definitely won't come here for pastries, or iced drinks anymore until they do better.

It has been the worst experience ever to visit this place. The staff member Emily has not only thrown callous attitude but the way she served the coffee, was extremely insulting. Typical Racist. Don’t understand, how can they afford to have such person handling the counter and dealing with customers.

A cafe that doesn’t charge extra for ‘alternate’ milk! Service is friendly and if you go late in the day they clear out their muffins, 4 for $10. The muffins are always entertaining in that they overfill the pan but this gives you extra ‘top’ and everyone knows that’s always the best bit anyway

I will only go to get my croissant when the man is working. I was disappointed with the croissant every time when he is not there. I don’t know If he is the person who makes sure the quality of croissant. Please make sure everyone in the shop knows how to make quality croissant.

I used come here alot even today as well but today i forgot to scan my card i told the girl working there about this and she told me it’s too late. But because it is not my first time I’m having coffee from Muffin Break noone did that before. I will never cone here again.

Chai latte tastes like just milk and was full of powder. bacon and egg roll tasted 80% of butter and the chicken caesar roll had cold chicken, unmelted cheese. Service wasn’t the greatest either. Don’t recommended especially with the high price.

Love their muffins, they're always fresh & they have a great variety. They even have some unusual muffins, they also have a good range of gluten free muffins. Their coffees are good also. It's our favourite go to place.

The worst coffee ever had in Adelaide they don't know about coffee at all and their attitude towards customers is nasty and rude. I don't recommend it at all!
