"These one star reviews are INSANE"
"Ordered a two yaroa and a patecon, the worst yaroa I have ever had! There was more mayonnaise than chicken"
"The staff are not very pleasant"
"This slim young lady was very rude she dismissed me when l came to place my order a order that they messed up two days ago"
This is the worst place ever. You order and they never send what you order. They charge you but don’t send the food and then act like you didn’t order. Don’t trust them specially when ordering over the phone and the customer service sucks completely they are only good or nice to the people they know.
These one star reviews are INSANE. What is wrong with y’all? Yeah, it’s a small place and a little crowded but the food is AMAZING. :) I stopped in while visiting from Florida and had the best burger of my life! I wish I knew their secret to the sweet burger bun because it sealed the deal!
Ordered a two yaroa and a patecon, the worst yaroa I have ever had! There was more mayonnaise than chicken. When I called the lady who answered was lost for words but couldn’t do anything else. I would advise people not to go there don’t waste your time. More
The staff are not very pleasant. They seem bothered to work and work very slow. We specifically asked no cheese and they added extra cheese . As far as the food: the pastelitos was fresh, crispy and the filling was also seasoned well
This slim young lady was very rude she dismissed me when l came to place my order a order that they messed up two days ago.l will come back but l will only spend my money when the other cashier is there she’s friendly, fast and very attentive More
I don't know what people are talking about. It took them an hr to deliver my food the Yaroa was cold i asked for pork but it had chicken with it at the end of the night I had a Stomach ache. Not to mention that when I called she couldn't
I wouldn't give this place even 1 star. The staff who don't speak English still were trying to be helpful, but the owner is purely inconsiderate about people's religious beliefs. I ordered 2 chicken club sandwiches for 2 of my Muslim
I was looking for empanadas in the Heights and guess what?! I couldn’t find ANY in a 5 block radius. (Smh @ gentrification). Anyways I stumbled upon this and They all had on their masks, it wasn’t packed, the music was playing at a
We were super hungry and did not eat the whole day and waited for our order of just quesadillas for 30min and the cashier did not warn us it will take so long and then when we asked they weren’t even making them still More
Service: Workers are not attentive and rude when asked questions. Waited over 30 mins for something that should've taken 15. A customer waited over 20 mins for a empanada that was sitting there already cooked.
I don't know why the reviews are so bad. I think the club sandwich and chimi I got were alright. My son ate some club sandwich and I had never had the chimi before and liked the unique flavor.
Ordered a couple of things, food was not bad, but the chinola (passion fruit) juice smelled like some cleaning detergent, not bleach but something similar, unfortunately I drank some.
Service is horrible, no good customer service. Too small to eat here, and if you're not from around the way, they treat you different. Overall wouldn't recommend. More
Very friendly staff, and very "friendly" portions ;) This is a definite bang for your buck type of place, and one I'd recommend if you have a party of people to feed.
Chimi here was not great, took 30-45 mins just to get a chimi and there weren’t a lot of people waiting ahead of me… overall disappointed More
Chimi was not good at all. Seems they used salsa china and that is not part of the original recipe. The taste was just off. I’m disappointed.
food was cheap and good. great late night spot and they have a good variety of pastelitos, quipes, bola de yuca, chimis, patacons, etc. More
I order a large Yaroa and I received a container with half of the food for $10. It look like someone else try to eat my food.
