My cat is not a fancy cat she was a strayed cat , she jumped from the little height and got her leg hurt. we went to Gulshan branch where vet dr told us that my cat leg is dislocated but for save side we should do the X-ray and for that we have to go to north nazimabad branch b/c ther X-ray machine is out of order.they give her a painkiller injection while going there her leg was not swelling but don't know how they done the X-ray (2 X-ray) first she shouted but got in control but the second time they stretch her leg so badly i can feel the pain she having. Screaming, getting aggressive . When they gave her back to me she was so. Scared thy told us that she had a facture and we have to go again to Gulshan branch for further treatment. (Seriously dr doesn't checked her and charged us 2k ) We get back to Gulshan branch and after 45 min thay only check the X-ray and write some medicine and say she will be ok by her own. When we get home i feel her leg i swelling and she had a more pain then she had have before. Don't how they done the X-ray. Her pain got worst. Very unprofessional Dr and their staff. Will not going again there....ever.

One of the worst !! My cat died because of them. His leg got fractured. In x-ray it was a simple case just a bandage needed after settling the leg on its place. But by one of the doctor while pulling his leg to settle on its place they broke it from the other side. Anyhow they asked us to take it to the gulshan branch. Let me tell you , the cat was given anaesthesia at 7pm and when we took him to the gulshan branch the time was 11 pm they told us that the surgery is required. We told them that they already given him anaesthesia but they given him the other dose. Due to that he was sleeping the whole day. Well than they asked us to give them the cat as they will Take special care. And it’s about 2k a day!! After 10 days they said the cat is fine and you can take it. 11th day when we went to the hospital they said the cat died in the morning !! They don’t know anything. Please be careful. They are cheaters Only making money. The surgery cost 25k admission and everything cost 10k and 2k per day for 10 days total almost 60k But still we lost our cat!!

They called me after the weekend to go over the results and even emailed it to me explaining everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I'll definitely be coming back here! Pet hospital is a good hospital but their charges are a bit high, even if you go for a small problem or just for consultation, you have to pay the same charges. There are many other areas to show professionalism. Therefore, it is important that you give equal attention to all your departments. Haircut department is extremely bad. People are hired for haircuts who have no skills about this work and do not even have experience. Equally, if you make the mistake of getting your pet's haircut here, there is no hope that you will even recognize your pet afterwards. Google must implement a system to judge fake reviews made in order to increase the rating, There is the difference between genuine and fake reviews.

worst pet hospital I've ever seen they killed my cat just in a week he was having an ear infection instead of giving any ointment or syrup or something like that they start giving high dose of antibiotics injection on a 3 month old baby, during this he catched fpv virus and I'm damn sure that he catched this virus due to their hospital there were no hygiene safety measures no cleaning of equipment was using same equipments on every pet without washing them in acidic solution or hot water. I will never recommend my pet's hospital north nazimabad the worst hospital pathetic and poor staff!!!!

Recently visited this place for my kittens grooming. I find this place very clean and neat and well maintained. The staff is nice but not very professional. Long waiting if you go randomly. And the guy who did my kittens grooming is cool but I had to guide him a lot when he was the one who is doing this job since 4 years. So definitely lack of professionalism is very visible. Rest I don’t know about the vet. I want them to improve their work ethics the next time I’ll visit them. Good luck

We earlier had very good experiences with the hospital, its still better but the support staff at the tills are pretty annoying, least accommodating. Mostly busy with their cell phones and personal affairs. They need training about behaving with the clients decently and in a courteous manner.
