Had a great experience today with My Plumber CA. Corey came by to replace a leaking cutoff valve for our irrigation system. While here he noted that the pressure regulator to the house was basically non-functional. He gave us a prompt quote for the required work which we double-checked with another 4+ star company. The work he did was above and beyond what we expected. High quality materials, excellent workmanship, and the scope of work was even more than I expected as he replaced an adjacent cutout valve all the intervening piping and a faucet all under the same quoted price. Honestly, the price seemed quite high to us initially and we thought to reduce our rating because of it, but it seems to be the going rate based on our second quote and Corey's workmanship and customer service was well deserving of a 5+ star rating. We're very pleased.

We scheduled an estimate for replacement of a water heater late afternoon with My Plumber Plus. As scheduled, the morning of next day, a technician (Manny) arrived and did a quick and to a point estimate with a very reasonable pricing. When asked when he would be available, Manny said he could start right away. I liked his very professional attitude and quick, no nonsense response, that I hired him on a spot - canceling the rest of the estimates that were scheduled to follow. He did a great job, bringing a new unit we earlier agreed, installing it, including gas connection, hood, pipes, and so on, cleaning the work area, and verifying the heater operation. Within a few hours, much less then I expected, everything was done and we have hot water again. I highly recommend My Plumber and their technician, Manny.

Mike S. came to our rescue. First, he came on time then he was able to find our shut off valve from the outside. Our house is old when we bought it. He replaced it with a new one and relocated it where it was very accessible. The shut off valve was in an awkward place but he worked very patiently and worked/ fit himself in a very small space where the valve was. I told him he was like a gymnast, very flexible working in a small space. Then he worked next in the bathroom/shower where he had to correct the leakage, installed new hardware, etc. He was a like a surgeon and a dentist with his little mirror making sure that everything was perfect. They told me they could do a free estimate. That turned into I can't give a proper estimate without taking it apart and that will cost $87. I'm pretty sure that would later turn into I already took it apart, why don't you let me fix it right now. I said Hypothetically, if x part needs to be replaced, how much would that be? He refused to give me a number. Wasted my time and his own time. Edit: I already knew what the problem was and two other plumbers gave me an estimate without needing to break into the wall. I just got it repaired today without breaking into the wall. MyPlumber's guy told me he didn't want to give me an estimate just so I could use the number to undercut someone else.

Very happy with My Plumber! I had water coming from my refrigerator, and I wasn't able to pull out the unit on my own to turn off the water, due to the size and tight fit. I called My Plumber, and they sent a service tech out within an hour. Rudy pulled out the refrigerator and was able to diagnose the issue within seconds. Unfortunately it was not a plumbing issue, but a leak internally in the unit, so I was in need of a new one. After reaching an impasse with our GC who installed a toilet off center under a window & refused to fix it, we called the My Plumber team who have done work on our house before. Cameron showed up with competence & a positive attitude, & within 36 hours our problem was corrected. In the course of centering the toilet Cameron discovered it had been installed improperly by the GC & was already leaking. Work included drywall cutting & repair as well as tile Re-setting. I was very pleased at the courteous greeting that I got when I called into My Plumber. They were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and set an appointment straight away. I had My Plumber do extensive Plumbing work for me in the past and knew that they knew what they were doing and that their pricing was fair. However, this time I was calling about an air conditioning and heating issue. When the technician came out he knew exactly what I would need and how he would proceed. Once again my plumber demonstrated their expertise and my project is underway.

Calvin Pritchett showed up 15 minutes early which was appreciated to install a garbage disposal. A simply garbage disposal removal and install a new one I'd already purchased. Seems simply yet still took about 10 minutes to come up with a quite. They wanted $447 to remove my old one and install the new. Should only take about an hour. Calvin was nice and polite but for such an outlandish quotes I simply told him no. He called his boss supposedly to check on a better price and the answer was a firm "No." Also no discount was offered as a senior.

Mr. Beecher Prak show up at the house very soon after the service called. He was very thoughtful put on his shoe mat before he entered my home, even after I told him there was no need. He was able to fix the problem very quickly. He also gave me a free diagnostic test on the water pressure in the house. He offer written estimate before he left. He is a very professional plumber, knows what he’s doing and get things done very quickly. I will recommend him to all my friends. If I ever have any more plumbing problems I’ll be sure to call him.

The drain for my washer was backing up. Garret Joyner came out in a timely manner as a courteous and friendly professional. He was very intent on doing a neat, effective, and professional job. He was methodical in his approach and showed that he had both knowledge and experience. In managerial matters, he listened to the customer and readily consulted his boss. Because Garret was an outstanding in hid work we asked for him on a subsequent job. Because of Garrett, My Plumber will be first in our minds to do work for us and friends.

Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.

They do a great job. I've used them alot in the last 6 months. My house is 95 yo although you might not know it, it is well cared for by "My Plumber".
