The level of unprofessionalism and utter disregard for customer satisfaction that I encountered is simply beyond belief. First and foremost, I had made a booking with MY CHOIZE well in advance, ensuring my plans were in order and expecting a seamless experience. However, just a few hours before my scheduled pickup time, I received a shocking email notifying me that my reservation had been canceled. The sudden cancellation left me in a dire situation, as I had made important arrangements based on the confirmed booking. What truly astounded me was the complete lack of responsibility demonstrated by MY CHOIZE's customer care service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, nobody was responsive. Their so-called "customer care" team was nowhere to be found, and there was not a single senior staff member available to address my concerns. This lack of availability and accountability is utterly unacceptable, particularly when customers are left stranded and in need of assistance. Furthermore, the lack of communication and timely notification is indicative of a severe lack of professionalism. The cancellation of a reservation mere hours before the pickup time not only disrupted my plans but also caused immense inconvenience and unnecessary stress. MY CHOIZE failed to fulfill its basic obligation to provide the rental car I had booked, leaving me in a precarious situation with no viable alternative. To add insult to injury, the absence of any sort of explanation or apology compounds the company's negligence. It is a fundamental expectation for a reputable organization to communicate with its customers, especially when unexpected circumstances arise. MY CHOIZE demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and failed to acknowledge the inconvenience caused, let alone provide any form of compensation. In light of this terrible experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a car from MY CHOIZE to look elsewhere. Their lack of responsibility, poor customer care service, and unprofessional behavior make them a company unworthy of anyone's business. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and potential disruption of your plans by steering clear of this woefully inadequate rental car provider. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others, and that MY CHOIZE takes the necessary steps to rectify their abysmal service. Customers deserve better treatment, respect, and reliability when dealing with such service-oriented businesses, and it is disheartening to encounter such a complete disregard for these principles.

I am impressed because of the excellent service and really polite and nice behavior of the staffs (specially Vijay and Sandeep). I prefer MyChoize over Zoomcar because of the behavior of the staffs and their 24x7 support. I booked Creta to drive to Uttarakhand with my family for 10 days. And here is my experience. 1> Delivery on time by Vijay. And even after the delivery of a Creta, Vijay called me immediately because they wanted to change the car with a better one as I was travelling long distance. 2> The car was clean and in good condition. 3> Vijay attended all my calls whenever I needed any assistance on the road. 4> Because of an unfortunate event, the car got damaged at the parking area. When I called Vijay to inform MyChoize, I was happily surprised to hear their response - "Don't worry Sir!, This happens. and it's good that you all are fine. So enjoy your trip and we will check the damage when you will return the car". 5> When I was returning the car to Sandeep, they charged very reasonable amount for the damage (along with 500/- for cleaning the car) which I was perfectly fine with me. 6> Next day, Sandeep called to refund some amount from the damage charge after their final calculation. 7> And in the final bill I found they refunded my full security deposit too. :) THIS IS really great. I know MyChoize is not technically advanced like Zoom but I liked the human support over technology.

I wish I had the rating option in minus! Mychoize team is quite professional in spoiling your trip. So I had booked scorpio last week with them for a very important function in my family. While booking it they said I will get the car details right away life color, make, model etc. However when I called their hub team they said it will be revealed before 2 hours of the journey. And then before 12 hours of my journey I received a call stating scorpio has got broken down and we are giving you another vehicle without even understanding my experience on the car, choice of the car for which I paid and they committed to provide. It was just an imposed trick to control the situation when I disagreed as I didn't have idea to drive those referred options it tool 5 seconds for them to conclusion to cancel the booking without even knowing the dependency on them, family with me as per plan. They and their hub members are very pathetic not just in their services but also in communication.. Honestly I don't expect anyone from mychoize to come up on this review to mention something robotic as usual.. Grow up with your standards. Stop fooling customers, it won't take much to kick you out from the market with such attitude.

Worst experience! We booked TUV 300 from ghaziabad to amritsar. None of the charging point was working so we were not able to charge our phone or listen to music during 7-8 drive ( one sided). The alignment of the car was not proper, the wiper on front mirror was damaged so we struggled a lot when it started pouring. While booking we paid Rs. 350 to mychoice for dropping the car at our home in vaishali and also paid additional Rs. 350 for them to pick the car from our home after the return. To add to the trouble, there delivery person denied to pick the car from our home and asked us to drop off the car at anand vihar. We made numerous call to mychoice customer care team and delhi office team. Finally they agreed to pick the car from our home but charged us Rs. 200 extra for that. So techincally, we paid then Rs.200+Rs 350 + Rs.350 =Rs. 900. Please be cautious while making your booking with them as we didn't turn right choice for us to book through mychoice.

This was my first fime booking a rental car from MyChoize. The booking, confirmation, pickup and return of the car was really amazing.shoutout to Mohit for arranging the car on time and a special shoutout to Rafikul for going above and beyond to be available to pick up the car and understanding the situation. He is very professional and polite. I have not given 5 stars due the condition of the car and Few things. 1. You might end of getting a yellow plate car( which most of us might now like) 2. The condition of the car was not really good but decent and as soon as i started i got service due warning message. Which is not good. And risky when you are traveling with family. ALL IN ALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MYCHOIZE ON THIS PRICE.

We booked a ciaz for 2 days, 1.) The permit was *expired* 2.) The car was given uncleaned, and when we returned it we were told that we would be charged fore the "mess" in the car. 3.)We paid a fine of 2400 due to the expired permit. 4.) Also, we extended the booking by one day, to book the car for the extra day (Monday) we had to pay the amount chargeable for a weekend, where as it was a weekday. 5.) We still have not received our security deposit. it has been more than 2 weeks. 6.)The support is a waste of time. Most of our trip got ruined due to the issues faced

Worst of all. Plz get a cab from anywhere except Mychoice.. They charged me 3000 rupees because of tyre puncher and there executives are also not good. I got late because of tyre puncher and their executive started abusing even when I had paid 600 rupees for pick up and drop. I am not able to upload screen shot of the mail where they have mention that the amount got deducted because of tyre puncher. Very bad service and their app is also not give u update about anything. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Terrible experience booking with your company. Having flaunted so much about their fleet of cars available for rent, it was shocking for me to know that they didn’t even have a single 7 seater car available as an alternative when our booking was cancelled a few hours before our travel. Highly unprofessional company. Please stop promoting yourself as having a so-called amazing fleet of cars! Unbelievable. If you are planning to book a car from this company, avoid it without having a single doubt.

Everything was great...... Just need to update old policies Eg :- nowadays many highways have speed limit of 100 km/hr, but according to the policy hirer can't exceed 80. Which affect the total trip duration. Appart from policy :- the hidden GST charges should be included in the total amount or the display amount. :- 28% GST on the security deposit amount, which is not even mention in the terms and conditions of yours. It should be included....obviously. Or it should be mentioned.

DO NOT HIRE HERE. Worst company ever! Absolutely horrible experience! Anyone giving 5 stars is fake paid reviewer. They are very quick to take the money and then silent and useless. They overcharged me and refused to refund. Car arrived late, was in horrible condition, dirty, foul smell, brakes didn’t work. Took 3 days to replace with a different car in no better condition. Booked Hyundai Venue. - On time delivery and pick up. - Great car condition for a car that had 65k on odometer. - The handover was thorough (which means more time) as compared to other self drive rentals I have tried. Showed documents, explained about tolls and taxes etc. - The fuel was almost empty and I returned with more fuel but I was refunded the difference amount without having to ask.

Car which is given to me is very old. I expected a decent car but that didn't happen. There is no way to know the details about the car in the website. We should just hope that we get some new car, so I don't recommend it. Please improve the website by adding all the relevant information which is very useful in selecting the car. So for now I would prefer other alternatives for car rental.

This is the worst car rental service I have ever had. I had booked a car from Delhi. They don't give you the refund that they take as security. I will be filing a case in the consumer court to get the refund. The condition of the cars is so bad that you can't take it for long drives. It is a fraud company. Valid DL was denied by MyChoize team and they informed me about the cancellation 3 prior of pickup delivery due to which i my plan was delayed by 8 hours to arrange car by different vendor. And they accepted the Driving license as it is valid.
