We rented Isuzu V Cross from RBTS from 17 Feb to 26 Feb for our Winter Spiti Drive in a convoy of 20 cars. We are so happy that we chose RBTS over other firms after seeing Google reviews and most of them are 100% true. Following were the best parts - 1. Harpalji is a very passionate owner and assists with every single thing. His team is very professional and helpful. 2. They have a wide range of well maintained cars for every occasion. For our drive, Harpalji suggested to go with V Cross 4x4 and this car performed so well in Spiti - a) Car was in great condition and all features worked as intended b) It started within 2-3 cranks in the morning after being exposed to -18 C in Kaza c) Car had upgraded tyres (as can be seen in pics) and these were immensely helpful in Spiti be it in off road conditions or snow drives. Our car was amongst the best performer out of 20 cars and most effortless d) Car also had upgraded headlights that worked very well during night drive from Delhi to Shimla during very foggy conditions. 3. Vehicle was picked up from Delhi Airport and dropped there as well and entire process is very smooth end to end. 4. Received security deposit on the very next day with 0 hassles. Will go back to RBTS for every trip in the North and highly recommend them to everyone.

After using services like ZoomCar for a few trips, I took the Isuzu V-Cross from RBTS. The car was in a great condition and it was ready to take on the long expeditions. The flatbed had a solid cover so the luggage does not gets dirty and you do not have to fiddle with waterproof covers. Just put your luggage and move on. We carried a good number of camping equipment and luggage for 10 people in total. Talking about the condition of the vehicle, it was in a superb condition and there was no rattling noises. I would say that RBTS maintain their cars very well. Also, have faced issues with other rental companies when it comes to wheel alignment but there was no problem with the vehicle we took on rent. We did a journey of over 1,000 km in it and with the aftermarket tyres, we did not bother about taking the V-Cross to most extreme places. Also, all taxes were paid online so you do not have to stop on the state border crossings to pay RTO tax. Would thank Manpreet ji who took updates and made the journey smooth. Will definitely recommend RBTS over online rental services.

Found this business while I was hunting a good reliable self driving car company in India. I was visiting from Canada after 8 years so I wanted my trip to be hassle free and then I finally choose there services and I bet you that was the best decision I made during my 2 months india trip. When traveling to North if I need a self driven or chauffeur driven vehicle I personally have no second thought other then RBTS(Harpal Paji). Most maintained & latest fleet of vehicles. Rented an ISUZU D-Max V-Cross on a family trip to Manali -> Sissu -> Keylong -> Jispa and Barlacha La pass. Mr Harpal Ji was really helpful in all cases. The car was promptly delivered to us and picked up back on correct time. We never had to wait anywhere for pickup and drop. All the tyres were in good condition that we were really able to conquer the mountain terrains with ease. The car was also promptly maintained with everything properly in place. The customer support by RBTS is also really good. They always answer our calls and ready to support in all cases. They are transparent and prompt about our security deposits. It was properly refunded on time with all the bills and expenses. I also express my thanks to Mr.Guruwinder Singh who came to pickup and drop my car. Very good service, I highly recommend them. Harpal Singh does everything in his capabilities to ensure his customers are taken care of. The clutche plate of our Isuzu Dmax burnt on the very first day. We called them and they sent another car (same model) the very next day. Although we missed one day due to this but their prompt response really impressed me. They did not charge anything and replaced free of cost. I also made a small scratch in the car and was expecting some deduction from security deposit but they paid back full amount. They are very transparent in doing business. I have also used one of their Innova and the car was flawless. I will surely book again.

We had booked a Suzuki Brezza from RBTS - Mr Harpal. The car was in a very good condition, never gave us any trouble, however the right headlamp was weak and one of the wiper blades wasn’t functioning properly , apart from this the car was neat and clean. It was delivered to us with a full tank and the Fast Tag was also recharged so we could cross tolls smoothly! We had booked the car for 10 days from Chandigarh - Shimla - Chandigarh and harpal ji gave us a good rate. I have rented a thar automatic with them for 9 days. Car was on great condition and full tank when they delivered it to us in airport. They were very professional and courteous. In fact, I have booked a convertible model but unfortunately, it met with an accident some days before our trip. Mr. Harpal promptly informed us, apologised and offered other options. I was little disappointed first but the way he handled it was good. Enjoyed the experience very much. If go on any trip around Delhi, I will definitely hire a card from them again.

Good collection of cars. The condition of the car was decent. Mr. Harpal was very responsive regarding any queries. I have 2 suggestions though...1st...please provide pickup and drop facility and 2nd...there is no point in holding the deposit amount for 4-5days...as you take the full amount before driving away the car, therefore you should also refund the deposit the moment the car is delivered back to you...but overall very good experience with RBTS

I had rented the car in end of September and Harpal ji made sure that we will get the car on time at the airport. Vehicle was clean and did not give any issues during the journey.
