MyState likes to pretend it is a bank but it is still just a tin pot building staff. Most incompetent staff ever. Stay away from MyState if you care about your money.
I had to close my business account and moved to other bank due to incompetent staff - either its lack of training or inefficiency. Worst experience ever.
