i hope all is great! (Hendersonville Tn) my name is dave , everything with my myers experience was incredible from the 1st time calling the office and talking with the lady in the office! as most people i didnt and not ready to be shopping for a new HVAC unit for my house to the point of being sickin of even calling for service and pricing ! but the owner took time to talk to me and sent one of his workers out to check my 29 year unit, advise me not a good idea to try to repair & i totally understood , the owner took great time to explain and even help with my financing at a time that i wasnt ready for and help me more than any other company i talk to during this time all the other companies i just came over as very distrusting people!!!!!!!! Mr. Stoakly went over the top to help me and get me the correct unit for my house his crew show up right on time! they worked their butts off all day! 8 to 10 hour job and never did i feel they where rush to get done but taking their time to do the job correctly!!!!!!! my job was done March 23rd, writing this today may 20 th!!! waiting to make sure everything was working correctly which it is as wonderful as myers company and staff!!! Mr.Stokely and his service tech talk me into the heat pump so the pass two month and been able to use heating and air conditioning and have received the old Electric Bill!!! on the bill it shows last year using too so i was shocked! on the SAVINGS THIS UNIT HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY WALLET!!! the pass 2 months i saved enough on my electric bill to cover the cost of the unit and 10 to 20 bucks more just in engery savings!!! so anyone needing service or new unit especially like me i wasn't prepared to buy the Myer co went above and beyond to help and had everything thing ready to go within 2 days!!!

I called Myers Plumbing as I had a drip under my kitchen sink that was soaking my cabinet and my condominium building management services manager recommended I use them. I noticed the drip on Saturday afternoon and used a full bath towel to wipe up the water which continued to steadily drip the rest of the weekend filling up a rectangular baking pan an inch or two deep with water and soaking another towel. Two men arrived on Monday afternoon without a mask in sight during a pandemic. They spent 45 minutes in my home dumbfounded as the intermittent drip had ceased. They saw the water residue and a video I had taken of the drip and still had no idea what could cause it, but spent 45 minutes in my home without masks on turning the water off & on over and over... I could have done as much as they did... they took $49 for the service fee and said they would leave the ticket open should they drip come back and for me to call if so. Not even 24 hours later, I notice the drip is back and my cabinet is soaked again. I called and spoke to a live woman on the after hours line to share my frustration and requests new plumbers to come with masks and to review my updated video with clearer angles of the drip prior to coming so no one’s time is wasted. She said someone would call me first thing in the morning. The entire day went by and I did not receive a call from Myers. I would not recommend them whatsoever. They are not reliable and do not take other’s time, health & safety or finances into consideration. I do not trust that they would have been able to accurately solve the problem even if they had figured it out so it’s probably for the best that they didn’t call back and I have moved on to a more reliable, professional company that values its customers.

There are lots of plumbers in the Nashville area, so do yourself a favor and keep looking. Until today I had a 15 year working relationship with the company, but in the course of investigating a leak at a rental property of mine that involved another tenant they ran up a huge bill, *insisted* the water was coming from else, so I trusted their judgement and damaged my own credibility with the HOA as a result. As it turns out, the leak was coming from a place they had "thoroughly" inspected, as stated in the work order I paid, and even though I spent over $500 diagnosing the problem all they did was go back, months later, and do what should have been done right in the first place. During that trip, which was under warranty, I asked them if they could take a quick look at a toilet that wasn't flushing properly (my mistake to even suggest this) and while the plumber I spoke to said it only took 5 minutes they then send a bill for $149 for an embellished repair. I asked them several times, several times, to write this off on the basis of the hundreds of dollars spent on their misdiagnosis, and they refused and kept sending me invoices. I paid that bill today but I regret ever having contacted about them in this issue in the first place, they wasted a lot of people's time and money and traumatized my downstairs neighbor by insisting my unit was not at fault, when in fact it was. The whole experience made me feel dirty and that's why I took the time to write this review and recommend you simply never enter into business with this company.

We recently hired Myers to replace our garbage disposal and kitchen faucet, and repair a toilet. They were able to get a team to us quickly. The team did great work for a good price, and they got the job done quickly. One of the plumbers, Keith, was almost over-the-top helpful. He offered lots of suggestions for things I could do myself to make improvements for our home. He even had a great suggestion that had nothing to do with plumbing - he suggested we install a carbon monoxide detector since we have a toddler and have a gas furnace and appliances. The experience was such a good one, that we decided to hire them to give our HVAC a tune-up prior to listing our home for sale. I was even more impressed with that experience. Rick was the technician that came to our home. He helped clarify a few questions I had, and came up with a great solution for an issue we had that saved me lots of time and money. What I liked most was that Rick did not make any mention of us needing to replace our HVAC, despite the fact that the unit is 13 years old. Even when I asked him about it, he said the unit is running fine and he didn't recommend replacing it. Because of the trust he built, Myers will be the company we call when it's time to replace our HVAC.

WOW, talk about a professional group of people! Our heat & air unit went down, woke up to a 40 degree house, we really didn’t know who we could trust, so many scary stories out there, when something like this happens. A friend recommended the folks at Myers. The ladies in the office got straight to business, gathering info and scheduling a technician to our house. Within an hour we had not one but a two man team, real techs, not parts replacers or high pressure salesman. They dug into our unit, very quickly figured out the problem and made the needed repair. They also performed additional technical inspections as a good measure. I like that they spoke in layman’s terms as they walked me through the process. The price was more than fair, it’s cozy & warm in here tonight and I firmly believe these awesome people have earned my business for life. “Don’t pick up the pliers, just call Myers”

Myers has replaced both a furnace for me and an air conditioning unit. Their technicians always try to find a way to fix what is already there but when necessary, they do a great job getting new equipment up and running. Their semi-annual maintenance inspections also have saved me a lot of money by diagnosing problems before they turn into much more expensive repairs. I started using them for plumbing also about two years ago. Their technician installed new faucets throughout most of our house, a new toilet and fixed some leaks. I was especially impressed when their technician told me he had to do a good job because he owned these jobs now and did not want to have to come back and fix them again for free if something happened while they were under warranty.

I called at 10pm for a backed up toilet. Jenny in the office was fantastic! She didn't sound like I was bothering her or that she just hated answering the phone. And then to get a service call that next morning within a specific 30-minute window was just wonderful. Keith came to my home while my family was in town so my mom handled everything for me while I was at work. She said he was extremely knowledgeable and very nice, answering all her questions and making suggestions on what we would need going forward, while he worked. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone I know. A huge shout out to Keith for his wonderful job and for really going above and beyond. Thank you!

We had a plumbing emergency today (of course on a holiday weekend), and we got a recommendation from a trusted neighbor for Myers. We called and were given a reasonable window of time in which a service person would arrive. Keith showed up on time and was so pleasant! He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in no time!! He was extremely friendly and it was clear that he KNOWS HIS STUFF! He gave me some helpful tips for around the house and was so nice to chat with. Though I am not wishing for another plumbing emergency anytime soon, I am so happy to have found Keith Welchance at Myers and will be quick to call him the next time we need a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. Myers Plumbing Heating and Cooling of Nashville is great company. I use them to service my home and condo. I had a leak in my water tank on my third story condo last year. I was very nervous it would flood my condo and possibly the condos below me. I called Myers and they were able to come out that day to shut the water off and replace it the next. This was a great relief for me and quite possibly saved me from a disaster. I now use them to service AC units to keep them running great saving me money on both replacement costs and my electric bill.

Myers installed a backflow prevention device which metro water required us to fit in relation to a pool auto fill. They came out and advised me on the metro codes and that i would need a variance for some locations of the install and how to work with metro water on this. it was excellent service and i now have a backflow device working, passed metro tests after a successful variance was approved. super knowledgeable and helpful. i never had any concern with their knowledge or trusting their expertise or work.

They responded in a timely manor, the service tech was very thorough and professional. Overall I'm happy with the quality of the service (for now, only time will tell longevity of work) My biggest complaint was price. To fix a leaky exterior faucet and add a main shut off valve was $450. There was no break out of labor rates or parts cost. Parts seem like they were $50 in total which means $200 an hour for labor seems unreasonable.

Myers Plumbing technician Keith came today, made fairly simple repairs to two toilets, and walked my husband through doing it himself, so we won't have to call them again. He also drew a diagram and wrote down step-by-step instructions for draining the water heater ourselves. He did not try to sell us expensive repairs or equipment we don't need (unlike technicians from other companies). All-round nice guy, too!

Dwain was very easy to work with and was nice enough to take his time and answer all of my questions (I like to learn from those who know!). They were on time and did great work! I have had very good experiences any time I have called for help. I have been very, very pleased with my new HVAC system they put in to replace my old 31 year unit. New ductwork completed this job. I found them to be expert in this installation, very courteous, and prompt. I see their truck in my neighborhood quite often, so I know they are doing good work. I always recommend them when asked.

I have had great experience with Myers for both plumbing and HVAC. Their techs arrive on schedule, are neat, respectful, and professional. I use their seasonal maintenance plan that prolongs the life of my HVAC units. I've also had them repair a couple of plumbing issues. They are not the cheapest, but are reasonable and reliable.

Myers was quick and 1st to respond to my need. Tim replaced my 1997 50 gallon gas WH, valves, outdoor faucets, and reworked some piping and did a great job for a good price. Not only do we have HOT water but water pressure. When you get someone with 30 years experience, just pay the man and be happy.

It’s always scary to have an expensive home repair. I’m lucky I found Myers heating and cooling years ago. Most recently, I had to have an entire AC unit replaced. They couldn’t of been kinder, professional, and honest. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up and were very fair in their price.
