Poor maintainance and customer service, bedsheets are dirty and toilets smell, no water and "NO PRIVACY" If it's good and reliable place you're looking for, then avoid that place, for they can't secure your privacy, you'll pay for a room but won't be comfortable in it! My experience there is awful!

The environment is neat and serene, with moderate cost and proximity to the BUK campus (new site). They should improve on their customers service delivery though. There's neither a water heater nor air conditioner.

It's a good guest house they have nice rooms and treat customer well.

It is a no star Hotel. Could not get a meal. Not withstanding, it is the only available lodging in the area. This is why I gave it 2 stars.

The Guess palace is not bad but but I discovered that is a place where ladies normally hangout at night most times
