Extremely poor service. They have spent money on redoing the interior but zero attention towards grooming and learning of staff. Staff was highly unprofessional. Zero knowledge on how to deal with clients. Instead of being relaxed i was more disturbed. They didn't had clean towels and tools to use. Staff was roaming around asking for even 1 thing they need for service. The staff quarells in front of client and shows zero interest towards customer. Will never visit again.

Kam to inka is super duper excellent. Prr yrr charges bhht ziyada hin inke..mine bhht try ke apni shadi pr insy makeover krun pr nhi krski. Barhal thory din phly min sy ki gargi ke poch kr ai hin bola 2 lakh hi or 1 rupee bi km nhi kiya.. Pr phir bi meri yehi wish hike min in sy hi sekhun

Naina's customer service is too much bad. I've a worst experience there. Specially their receptionist 'HUMA' is very rude and she has no manners how to talk with clients. She always misbehave with clients. Kindly replace her with some other polite one. But overall makeup service is good!

Very cooperative and helpful staff. . My barat bridal was done perfectly from her senior staff and owner was so kind enough to check my makeup also which mostly owners don't bother if it is not signature . so a big yes for this kind gesture . must must try this salon on your big day .

A very very very bad experience 'they ruined my special day so badly i cant forget...i faced so bad comments on barat day... Jus because of them. But Thanks to Allah on my reception my looks boosted my confidence to peak. Otherwise inho ny koi kasar nhi chori thi.... Not recommended

Really bad experience. Won't go there for haircut again. The person who was in charge of cutting did a really bad job that i am now regretting it. Staff was extremely unprofessional especially the person on counter and the one who had cut my hairs.

My experience at the Nainas Salon UET branch was amazing! Ms.Naila has done an amazing job in the signature makeup…an team was very cooperative throughout the whole time .Definitely recommend this place for your special day.

I have been there four year back.they have done my walima makeup... make up was fantastics but i had some issue with hairstyle.. but overall it was a great experience. Hope to go to there again soon
