William took the time to walk us through various options, never pressuring us to purchase or commit to a thing. We took his contact info and the more we thought about it the clearer we could see we had found the perfect person to trust with this process. From the very beginning William was thoughtful, asking us key questions and sharing his knowledge of diamonds and the jewelry industry to craft the perfect custom ring. From CAD designs to the real deal our vision and dream has truly become reality, and I can’t imagine going to anyone else for something so important and permanent. It is also worth noting his prices were more than fair, and he did not just charge the top of the budget I provided (a fear among jewelry buyers everywhere). While my soon to be fiancé and our ring is one of a kind, I can genuinely say that so is this business with William at the helm. Go here if you want her to say yes.

I met William in 2019 by chance. I was looking for a jeweler to properly show me how to manipulate a Rotary watch I had purchased because I didn’t know how to put it on. I was a little embarrassed after he showed me how easily it is to wear and maintain. Over the five years since our first encounter, William has advised on all matters related to diamonds, pearls and everything in between. The ring is a custom work of his that is just one example of his commitment to aesthetics, excellence and what sets him apart from all competitors! It has three triple X half carat stones on 18kt gold. It’s a beautiful ring and I receive compliments on it everywhere I go. Over the five years I’ve known William, he has custom made earrings for my granddaughters that were Mikimoto pearls, restrung multiple strands of pearls, custom works on earrings, reset diamonds and has been one of the most honest and down-to-earth businessman I’ve encountered! If you’re looking for someone to find that special piece, the highest quality of stones and custom made jewelry, you MUST consult William Hunt. I can’t say enough about his ability and integrity, but you will not find a better person to guide you throughout the shopping experience and know that you’re getting an amazing and excellent piece that’ll bring a smile to your face!

I hope my sincerity comes across when I say that I wish I could leave 6/5 stars. My fiancé and I were having the absolute worst time finding a jewelry store that could accommodate our needs for a unique wedding band to match her engagement ring. We stumbled across Nashville Diamond Gallery after visiting a handful of others and already at the end of our ropes. William, the owner, not only welcomed us inside, but actually listened to our story. He put effort into understanding what we were looking for and went above and beyond to custom make our dream band and even managed to keep it within our budget (unlike everyone else who offered us selections just over our stated budget). Then, for my wedding band, he and I tossed around ideas based on the kinds of bands I liked, until I finally was able to imagine the perfect ring for me. And almost effortlessly (so it seems) he brought the ring to life. Both rings are absolutely perfect! We will be lifelong customers and look forward to our next visit. And I’m not even mentioning the beautiful store he has set up. That’s a whole other page. TL;DR: Nashville Diamond Gallery is absolutely perfect. William will help you find exactly what you’re looking for because it’s what he loves to do.

I came to William wanting to upgrade my center stone on my 32year old wedding set. Now for starters I will say that William Is very nice. That being said if you are not savvy your ignorance will work in this guy’s favor. He won’t make you any the wiser. I brought him my wedding set where the center stone I wanted to switch out was a Shane Company diamond. We talked a little bit about my stone and I said that I had the certificate of what I paid when I bought it years before. He told me that if I decided on a upgrade center stone and brought my certificate showing what I paid he would give me a credit for that amount. My husband and I were supposed to have a follow up appointment with William this afternoon and I am glad we decided to go back to The Shane Company where I found that my diamond had appreciated in value by over $220.00. You weren’t going to tell me that now were you? Not only that but White Gold is stronger than Platinum for prong work. I didn’t know that but You did and you were all to happy to up sell and keep me clueless. You maybe Nice, but I would Never recommend you to anyone. Thanks to you I will forever be a Shane Company customer!

William is the best in the business! I admit I was a bit skeptical because he doesn't have a fancy retail store front. Less than 2 minutes talking with him my wife and I were totally at ease with our decision to purchase through Nashville Diamond Gallery. He has the patience of a Saint. He listened to everything and noted every detail and nuance my wife threw at him and he provided the service with a smile. I loved going there because it is the antithesis of what I was worried it would be. He is in a non descript office space and there is 0 pressure when in there. He has a nice mini bar to help sooth the purchaser's anxiety if that is the case. We made several trips and quite a few changes until he made sure my wife had the best quality diamond within our budget. I highly recommend contacting him and shopping there. An overall great purchase and actually an enjoyable time spent talking with William. We consider him a friend.

I had a great experience working with William! I was recommended to contact William from a previous customer. I had a unique request for a sapphire solitaire in a time crunch for my upcoming elopement. William and I corresponded back and forth on the color and style of the sapphire. At my appointment, he had several options ready for me to try out. I spent about an hour trying on the options before making my final decision. I really appreciated his professional insights on all of the options. The ring was ready within 2 weeks and I returned to pick out the wedding band, which he had a perfect band in stock for me. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan to return in the future. For the record, I was considering doing a custom ring process with a trendy company in town and I think they would have ran me at least $2-3K more. I love my rings and several of my friends and family have expressed the same.

William made my fiancé and my engagement ring shopping experience absolutely amazing. We walked in with a very vague idea that he turned into a gorgeous reality. He also executed the unmounting and GIA certification of my diamond. Top-notch, honest, transparent guy with loads of information to enthusiastically share with you.

I woke up with enormously swollen hands and had a ring get stuck on my right middle finger. I’m a touring musician and was in Nashville for two shows, so I was freaking out.
