Your website is down, no one can resolve my issue on the phone, totally incompetent staff, online orders are a joke! When you ring them, they send you online but because the online thing is down too, I am publishing my letter to them here. Dear Customer Service After I made an order, I noticed that the delivery address was wrong even though I had to change it twice at the check-out. I rang to the Gawler Pl store and spoke to someone. They assured me that my address was updated. 15 minutes later they added one more item to my order and I paid over the phone for it. This morning I received an email, where I found the old address again and the item I paid over the phone for was not added. When I rang the store this afternoon, there was no one who could address my issue and they asked to go online, although 'we have some issues today online too', they said. I am extremely angry and frustrated with your disgusting service. Online shopping experience was a pain itself and I refuse to understand why I still have not received my parcel coming from Adelaide to Adelaide. My previous online order with you was a joke too. You simply forgot about it. Seriously??? Who is working there? National Pharmacies, you are simply a big clumsy terrible company. A nonsense! I want my parcel being sent to the right address with the correct items in it NOW!

I went to National Pharmacies at HENLEY BEACH today to pick up a script for a melanoma i have as was told by the lady who i recognised from previous visits as one of the chemists who worked there.. she told me they didnt have any in stock and were having trouble with supply from the manufacturer.. I asked if could put on order and be advised when it became available.. she told me she couldnt do that .. she said I just told you the manufacturer is having difficulty with supply .. I was happy to wait as i have in the past.. she replied " I cant help you " GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I am being treated for Diabetes, Blood pressure, Anxiety, Depression and Melanomas.. I will seek help from a more caring organisation.. This lady didnt like to help customers waiting.. waiting was not my problem.. unhelpful and rude is..

Saturday 11 March '23 Was looking to obtain a quote for a new set of lenses for frames. Was directed to try out N/pharmacies Gawler Place Optical. Went downstairs. It was empty, except for one person, sitting down, at a desk, on their phone having a private conversation. Stood for a while, hoping they'd (a) at least acknowledge I was waiting (B) finish their call. None of that happen, except for the complete opposite. Their call went on for a while, and I realised that they weren't interested in customer service. So, I left. I let the customer care ladies on the ground floor of what was happening downstairs. Really awful.

I would like to thanks Kate the manager at NP for her reliable help yesterday fixing my glasses. I came to the underground floor of NP Gawler Pl in the afternoon of yesterday. I was much happy when knowing that my favourite glasses has been fixed properly and like-new in a very short time, which is even more than what I expected. Now I can come back to my uni with my favourite glasses confidently and comfortably. This is the 2nd time I have been to this place and I always find the service here reliable, super-past I reckon. Try it yourself. Genuine compliment. Very well done. Appreciate your help Kate and NP Gawler Place.

Had terrible customer experience in the pharmacy at Gawler plane. Didn't got what I ordered while calling them twice for the same thing. Very irresponsible, they will even say things like, I coulnot follow up your medicine. Totally failed to impress what quality service is. Cannot be trusted that you will get your order even when they promise they will. They don't show any responsibilities to inform for any delays in receiving important orders like medicine to their customers.

Got my Zeiss lenses fitted and with the discount being a member was a good price - one cannot skimp on ones eyes. Service excellent too. Had a Flu shot so all in all first rate experience. Have to add, this must be the cleanest most spacious Chemists I have ever been too having lived all over the world and been to many chemist/drug stores this is by far the most enjoyable experience.

Skye in optical is perhaps the rudest person I've dealt with in any pharmacy ever. Totally disrespectful, wanted to get rid of me so badly so she can go on break, couldnt even get a word in, she had 5 minutes, my query would have literally taken 20 seconds. Frankly, doesn't give a _ _ _ _ how the customer is treated. Will never shop here again.

I got an antibiotics which costs 21.5 AUD there, when I left and checked chemist warehouse or priceline, I've seen same brand antibiotics cost only 11 AUD!! I'm asking you now; would you not feel as if you had been ripped off?!?!?! I will never ever visit there again and wont suggest to anyone. That is modern day robbery!!

I would like to thank Wendy at NP for all her help regarding the arthritis cream I was looking for, for my mum. She was so helpful and spent some time looking up details ECT, nothing was too much trouble for her. Good old customer service, you can't beat it. Thankyou Wendy for all your help. You're a star!

Have tried on two separate occasions to get some assistance from downstairs eye care. Gentleman on phone appeared to be on private conversations no interest on assisting . Very poor attitude as could see waiting

Awful customer service from the optical team, there was literally no customer and 3 staff and though they fail to entertain customer. Hardly they were willing to show the frames in the cupboards

The best National Pharmacies I have been to!! The pharmacist makes the effort to get to know his customers, the staff are always polite, friendly & easily approachable!!
