I came in to ask for an over the counter product (Dermaid) for red flared up skin on my face- clearly visible, yet the pharmacist questioned me like I was a criminal, beyond the point of making sure this was the product right for the issue… which was also recommended by my dermatologist, which I told the pharmacist and I have used for years also. I left feeling like she questioned my authenticity which I did not appreciate. It’s not the way you want to feel when needing to purchase something for genuine simple issues. Not a good experience at all and I will avoid using this pharmacy in future.. lucky there are plenty more in the area, ones that provide a much better customer service exchange.

What I didn't expect to get from one of the very rude staff members today was a free dose of attitude, I was made to feel like a criminal when answering a question wrongly, I went there for help because of not feeling well and experiencing pain. I left without buying anything and won't be returning ever!!! The worst experience I didn't expect from national pharmacy.

Absolutely appalling. They are rude, unhelpful and treat you like you are a criminal. No help, questions on questions to make sure you are allowed in this precious shop. Empty store and then told come back in 15 mins !! I am a member of National Pharmacies and have put a call through to the Australian CEO Disgraceful !!

I have been here couple of times. Staff is pathetic. One of the pharmacist was still much better to which I decided to go back again but after my last visit I am not going back ever and the elderly lady at the billing counter at the entrance: You need some customer service classes or learn how to talk to people.

Hopeless, tried to ask about availability of an item. First person couldnt have a conversation, told me to wait for the person who could help me. The second person came on the line and was rude to me telling me they couldnt help me. Am a local, theyve lost me as a first call customer

Am a regular customer. Didnt get my receipt for today's purchases. Been trying to speak to someone on phone but no one answers it. Just dials out. I get recorded message. I have tried pressing 1,23,and 4 . No answer .

My son went in to get Ease a Cold for my other son who has Covid and was told by the “helpful” assistant that they “don’t sell it”. No advice, questions, alternatives or help offered at all. Will never go back.

Great store and staff. The Pharmacists are knowledgeable, interact personally, and have helped me out by correcting mistakes that I was about to make. Floor staff are helpful and friendly as well.

I thought I was the only one you felt like the staff is rude. Good to know its for National pharmacy to fix. Never going back.
