I am a first time user of a storage unit and was a bit apprehensive at first about the processes etc but the staff were patient informative and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and there were no issues with the whole process from entry to vacating. Their fees are very competetive too. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Aldinga Self Storage

Cancelled the unit I had when I called the reynella yard and they said it was cancelled so I could use their yard now so I was under the impression I didn’t have to pay for the aldinga yard for them to now take almost $400 I didn’t know I owed out of my account and apparently there is nothing I can do about it. I am beyond mad at this.

Shame the access code didn't work :( seeing as we had a huge, heavy load. Must be a common problem, as there is a sign up redirecting you to another entrance, but bit hard when you have to reverse onto a main road. Would pay to fix it!!! Not happy Jan!!

I used a storage unit for a month whilst I relocated back to Aldinga. It was great service by everyone I was in contact with. The unit was very clean and access was easy and a good range of hours (daylight).

Not impressed, went twice today.. arrived at 2.15pm and said out for lunch till 3.30 so asked to leave work early to make before 5 and it was again closed at 4.50pm...
