I'm a first time storage user, I had no choice too store my possessions. Looking for the right storage company & price can be stressful. I had made inquires in person at Storage 2000 and felt comfortable by their professionism. I was shown around the premises and it looked extremely clean. Without feeling doubtful I instantly signed up. Serven months later, I'm still very happy with their excellent service. I will highly recommend them too anyone.

I've been a client here now for over 3yrs, the staff are all super friendly and really really helpful. They have a HUGE selection of storage options available, and even go so far as setting you up with the perfect moving package of everything one could possibly want or need when relocating, whether its a home, caravan, or a school classroom, they can sort you out! Definitely give them a 5/5

I recently hired a campervan from Apollo (2 doors down from Storage 2000 in Croydon). As I live out of town I needed somewhere to store my car. Storage 2000 was the perfect place, there was no need for taxis to pick up and drop off the campervan. The price was unbeatable and the staff were all so friendly and helpful right from the first point of contact. Highly recommend!!

Rates increased from $365 to $452 within six months of lease start. Stuffed up original booking so given a unit at a reduced price. Obviously just to get me in. Now massive increase, new manager, and I have to move or sell my stuff. Complained several times but just quoted policy. Dot use them. Really bad experience. Choose someone else.

I have used Storage 2000 at Croydon since 2004 and am extremely happy with them. The location, security and setup is great. Their rates are very competitive and I always get a friendly voice on the phone when I call them. I would highly recommend them for any storage needs.

Great team. Very helpful and informative. Place was easy to access with plenty of room to unload and pack, although at the end of the stay,the general area needed a sweep. My unit's roller door was a bit hard to push up,but the unit was secure and that area was very clean.

very helpful hadn't used this kind of service before as my children have moved to the city and I was still living in the country. They explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions and cheap rates.

Price is good. Just the size I review and service plus feedback is very good whenever I call or email. Notifications of accounts is timely as well. Cannot really complain at all.

Staff were very helpful at all stages. Storage facilities were easy to access & work in. I found the invoicing process a little strange, but nothing to really worry about
