This month we continued to get demanding letters from National Storage - even after we made payment and sent a receipt of payment. The staff apologised (stating it's a system generated letter) But seriously -- I feel like the billing department at National Storage are treating their customers with utter contempt. If you're moving interstate and don't want to deal with these hassles I recommend going the extra distance and get storage with Kennards Update: Changed my 2 star review to 1 star after more rude customer service from this company. As it turns out my lock had been removed 2 months ago without my understanding. When I called to find out what happened I had the pleasure of dealing with a very rude and aggressive girl. In the process of just trying to find out what's going on I had to ask her multiple times to stop being rude and to stop being aggressive. Get your act together. You're supposed to be a business that takes the hassle out of storing property. But instead this process has been a nightmare.

I purchased a large box pack, which was fantastic the girl was very helpful. But I realised I needed a few small and medium boxes, so I rang to see if I could swap them for a smaller size, I hadn’t used them at all they were still perfect, but told no I couldn’t! I think they need to review this, I was the one loosing money not company, all I wanted was to swap for smaller boxes. Not happy with outcome. Sandra

Read your contract CAREFULLY for no reason they can terminate your contract with 7 days notice. 12 whole days in arrears and a non-negotiable notice to terminate served with no compassion for someone struggling due to covids impact. Even when funds will be available on day 13............. Top notch regional manager Shannon can't even return a call to discuss...

National Storage Reynella are amazing...all round superstars!! Being the 2nd time in 6 months I've required storage, I was expecting a similar experience to another local storage facility but I was overwhelmed with the savings and quality of service I got instead, I couldn't be happier to recommend their services, don't even bother trying anywhere else!!

National Storage Reynella were able to help me out when I really needed it. Price was great and Zoe was so helpful and lovely. They also lined me up with a great Removalist too. Between National Storage and Harrow Removals, a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders.

Lovely,helpful staff. Ease of access , with a good range of hours. A public toilet , which is a bonus , when you have hours of sorting through your precious possessions. Would happily recommend National Storage.

$91 a month for what you see in the photos. No lighting due to a fire. Closes at 9pm or 10pm maybe. Friendly staff. Not too understanding however. 2.5 stars

Reynella was a great convenient location for us, great range of storage unit sizes, competitive prices, great access times, understanding helpful staff.

Used this storage centre while moving house, no issues at all. Able to enter and exit at any time. Safe and secure. No issue with pests.
