Cheap as with awesome service, only down side and prob why it's so cheap, is if your shed is a top floor shed you may have to book the lift up to a week in advance, this can be bothersome if your like me and storing all the stuff you can't carry in a caravan, stuff like clothes and blankets. Hard to wait a week for a new set of clothes socks and jocks. But service and price are exceptional so fully worth it. Just make sure what your storing is not something you need often and or could need randomly with no warning because you won't be able to access it.

The storage unit still had rubbish in it from the last people that rented it, there was no ability to discount the rate even though we used it for only 3 days, we contacted them beforehand and got a generic response. There was no way to cancel the unit after this without calling, and then when we called there was no answer during office hours multiple times. We ended up having to call the national number to get it cancelled. There are online methods to do everything else, how silly to not be able to finalize the account online. Draconian.

Wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff. It's always a pleasure stipping by to say hi, they take good care of our account as well as our stored items. And they were super helpful about changing to a larger unit when we needed it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing the extra storage in a convenient and safe manner.

very big facilities, stored my storage in the accommodated room... got a bit lost afterwards....don't know how long i was in there for BUT!!! i made a new friend, his name is lucille :)))))

Customer service is great and the contactless sign in for a unit is very convenient. Units are clean and in good condition

They have things I can put my things in so I have room for more things at home. It's a thing.
