I don’t even know where to start… I booked an appointment for Thursday November 24th @ 3pm with Farah to do a refill which should’ve been just $70. Because I had my full volume(12mm-17mm) set done on October 30th, more than 40% were gone… I was already ok to pay for a new set($110) but because she wanted to “try out her pre-made fans” she charged me $20 for removal + the $110… At that moment I was sceptical but brushed it off since this was my third visit and I believed that I could trust her knowing that I was her relative’s client, who I’ve been going to get my services done for 2 years. After we finished around 6pm, she charged me $110 for the new set + $20 for removal + $20 for facial threading = $150. ($160 with tip) Mind you even though I paid more than I was expecting, I still tipped her an additional $10 out of curtesy (which I definitely regret now). Once I left her house, I went straight to my home since it was Black Friday and I had to work early the next morning. Not once did I stop on my way home and I definitely did NOT go to an “event”. I came home to some friends who were visiting my family and as I was having a conversation with them, my lashes would start to fall off my eye which made them irritated since the base of the extension kept poking my eye lids. 3+ hours after, a lot of the extensions were falling off in chunks. At this point, I was getting beyond disappointed. To try and space them out, I grabbed a spoolie and LIGHTLY brushed out the tips to make it somewhat even but when I did, every extension that touched the brush….came right off. My heart DROPPED. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, I texted Farah to express my concern. All she said was “No don’t brush it now it needs to dry 3-4 hr drying time plus I put bonder seal” (She did NOT tell me to avoid brushing). After a while, I texted her explaining that I need a NEW set because this one obviously did not hold up. She then replies an hour after and says “Girl we did 2 hours of lashing Please don't pick at it until 24hrs minimum we can do mini fill 30$ tomorrow 6pm” First of all, 1- I did NOT pick at it… 2- she really had the audacity to charge an additional $30 yet I already gave her $160 that SAME NIGHT…. Yet again I kept my calm and went on with my day. Come Friday morning, I woke up with even more removed AND during the day my eyes were starting to get inflamed and irritated. I was already going through a lot of stress that day so when I finished my shift, I went straight home to sleep it off. Now come Saturday and at this point only less than 20% of extensions were on, my eyes were in so much pain and my eyelids were swollen. I’m the type of person who HATES confrontation and any conflict whatsoever but I really had to put my foot down. I kept demanding for a refund and constantly texted her pictures and videos to show her what was going but then her replies started to be even more disappointing : no refunds, can do a FREE removal. Again, I’m a lash tech so if I wanted to do a removal, I can do it myself to spare me the trip there. ALSO, at that point there were barely any lashes left so it was pointless for her to suggest. Paragraph after paragraph being sent to her to show my concerns, each text was pretty much replied with no refund and free removal. This was the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had. TIME wasted, MONEY wasted and SO MUCH ENERGY drained. 5 days after the appointment, my eyelids are STILL swollen and in so much pain.

My sister recommended me this place, and I am pretty impressed. I did my lash extentions there. The girl was super sweet, really listens to what you want. I was really satisfied with the result. The place is clean and cozy. My lashes lasted for a long time and my real lashes werent damaged. You can see that the lash tech is doing her job with passion. I recommend this place!

I got my eyebrows threaded and she did an AMAZING job my eyebrows literally look perfect, I booked for a facial right after as I was completely shocked at how well she did my eyebrows & her customer service was great definitely will be coming back. She also was very clean and made sure to sanitize and wash her hands before doing my eyebrows! Highly recommend!

Amazing place I drop my girlfriend last time for her birthday she comes out soo damn beautiful and sexy that I didn't recognize her lol and the girl did an amazing job on her eyelashes, eyebrows and deep facial cleaning .. thank you for your amazing works and services btw guys the prices is affordable for everyone and it's worth 10/10
