We had a great experience with Nepean Dental Centre. We called on a Saturday for an emergency appointment and they were able to fit us in the same day. Everyone was kind, friendly and knowledgeable, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist. They found the problem right away and provided a solid treatment plan. My husband was obviously not thrilled about having a dental emergency, but he was VERY happy with the treatment he got here. He now wants to be a regular patient! Highly recommended.

What a great Dental Centre! I went in for an emergency for a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. You could sense right from the start on the phone that these folks were extremely caring and patient oriented. They took care of me as soon as I walked in. Dr Gus Bal and his team were simply fantastic and made me feel right at ease. Explanations were very clear. Procedure was painless. I can’t say enough. I strongly recommend!!!

Had an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon and searched for someone nearby who had the hours and availability to help. This location came up and I’m glad it did! Quick treatment but thorough and well explained assessment. Combine that with accommodating hours and Saturday availability - it’s an easy recommendation!

Dr Bal was a delightful experience! He kept me laughing during my process & was very honest & straight forward throughout this. Would definitely recommend him to anyone & the lovely receptionist Terri was very kind as well. 10/10 experience :)
