Visited today and bought wrong ticket at the machine, Debbie working there today, even before the ticket office opening time, she opened up, refunded my tickets and sold me new ones, all before my train arrived. This lady is really helpful, knowledgeable and an asset to this company, whoever is in charge, they should know what a great employee she is and her customer care skills are amazing. I had to collect a Christmas tree on my own and without a car. This tree box was huge. I managed to get to the station and the ticket office staff member saw that I wasn’t going to get far at all. She not only kindly offered me sellotape but even helped me create a makeshift handle to carry it home. It’s things like helping a stranger that make so much difference. Thank you so much for just being a brilliant human being!

Really nice station needs a bit of an upgrade but apart from that it's alright step free access and night people then I start to help you out love quite small station but it's not bad for what they have easy to get on and get off cranes and haven't had any disruptions yet so fingers crossed let's keep it that way

A normal train station that is served by Great northern trains it's a quiet train station with no disabled access only stairs to the platforms. There was no staff around the station was clean.

I mean, I didn't see any ticket offices but the service is alright for trainspotting, a little to infrequent Great Northern service when I went there but that might be a one off

My nearest main line station. The station is ok but a redevelopment like installing lifts would be welcome as my mum sometimes struggles up the stairs.

Okay station. I'm a good area and easy to travel to. A bit run down. Not all trains stop here

Useful for getting into London, nothing fancy but definitely functional

I like the New Barnet station we got footbridge and platforms
