After having my previous car written off i jumped online to look at used cars and clicked on some cars that were at this car yard...not long after l recieved a call from Ramzi and he asked if id like to look at any in person, i told him l was interested but would have to figure out how to get there from Newport station by bus...he said he could pick me up at the station and he was true to his word, i don't stuff around when buying cars, i had models in mind l was interested in and did some online research beforehand and found exactly what i was hoping for. I didn't think I'd have issues getting finance, however after being knocked back on finance i decided i could use some of my superannuation to purchase the car. I was told it should take up to 10 days to come thru, however it took much longer, and the whole time i was never pushed by these guys at all, they asked me to just keep them up to date on things. I have now had the car for a week and so far so good. Not once did l have any issues with communication l would purchase from here again And recommend them to my friends.

Disgusting service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I bought a car which apparently had a road worthy. I slid off the road not long after my purchase and when I brought it to the mechanic they told me their was NO WAY this car should of passed a roadworthy. The 2 front tires were totally worn out and the spare tire had a nail in it!! When my partner called to give them the feedback they started abusing and threatening him. Like “try hard” dodgy gangstas. They told him to come to the car yard and they were going to call “their boys!” How pathetic! Absolutely appalling considering their one responsibility when selling a car is to make sure it’s roadworthy. I was so scared driving that car and can’t believe they put my life at risk like that! They claim to offer 12 month warranty however when you give them feed back they start abusing you… instead of trying to act tough they should read a book and learn a little something called customer service and ethics. Never experienced anything like this before, don’t give your money to people like this.

I just want to take this moment to thank Adam and the staff at New Bourne Motors. I was recently forced back in to the market for a new tradie ute. I contacted Adam and complete proffesionalism and customer service over the phone. True legend. He told to me come to Newport station. Then he got one of the workers to pick me up on the day. Big thank you to Darcy also. For driving me around and I was happy with my choice. Put down a deposit. Returned today to settle the the rest of the money owed on the car. I did not wanna put them out. So i took a cab. But Adam still arranged one if the guys to take me back to the station. Overall 12 out 10 customer experience. Would highly recomend for those people in the market for a secondhand car. Thank you guys and i will catch next Tuesday for when i return for my cars pick up.

Contacted them about a Hyundai in the morning, Adam handled the enquiry....couldn't have had a better experience, awesome dude, very genuine and fair, had the car ready for me within the day with RWC and definitely looked after me with the price. Also gave me a loan vehicle for the day while he got the car ready for me to pick up. As for the car, it's a solid vehicle, well maintained, drives really well, extremely happy with the choice and the service from all the boys there. It was the exact opposite experience that I've had at previous car dealers. You don't come across too many straight up people in those places usually, so I can't speak more highly of them. Exactly what buying a used car should be....easy, straightforward and stress free. Huge thanks again to Adam and the crew. Dead set legends!

I’d like to give the boys at New Bourne motors a great review, Ramsay and Adam were excellent to deal with, I explained I needed a good reliable 2nd hand car to take my grandmother to appointments and using the car as a local A to B being a full time carer. The sale included brand new bushes and rotors for my Ford falcon, I have since been going to country Victoria and enjoying drives to yea to try out rissoles and gravy at the pub in a car that feels solid and drives like brand new. Find it hard to understand where all the five star ratings are coming from. Would not recommend this place. Bought a second hand car from Adam in Jan. Said it was road worthy but did not provide documentation until we went back in and asked for it!Aircon and radio were both broken key was held together with tape and we weren’t given it until we had signed everything. While driving home the car broke down.Adam refused to take any responsibility and has not been helpful at all. I was fooled by all the good reviews do not make the same mistake I did.

Got second hand Mazda 3, automatic car from New Bourne Motors, Altona. The car is in terrific condition with no issues at all. Specially, Adam from the sales team is very helpful and knowledgeable guy who knows thing about motors. These guys give you 12 months warranty on each car they sell, so no hassle at all. I had small noise coming after a month and these guys complied and fixed it without any charges. Highly recommendable and trustworthy car sales where you would find cars in perfect and mechanically sound condition.

Bought an absolute lemon. Engine warning light came on after 3 days. Took it back to fix with multiple leaks, rats nest in filter, transmission needed full service, they would only do it for a huge fee, plus many more issues. Needs over 3 grand spent to get it roadworthy. Got it back with half a tank of fuel gone over 100 km added tothe speedo and the engine light came on again after 2 days. Got another mechanic to look at it straight away knew it was a piece. My advice don’t buy from here waist of money

Great service, purchased a forester a few weeks ago from here and so far very happy with the car. No pressure to buy whatsoever from the crew like you might experience in other places, parts in the car are replaced new as standard. All round a very good experience highly recommend if you’re looking for a new runner. If you’re a backpacker it’s easy to get too from the cbd just 1 bus trip and a good place to go if you’re looking for something to do long road trips in that’s reliable.

Really down to earth group of guys here, love the service as it’s not pushy to sell but informative and helpful. I Got a great reliable family car from newborn Motors last year and I would recommend this car sales to friends and family. I gave this review because my motor light come on the other day, didn’t no why and drove the car down with no appointment to Newborn work shop and they had it fixed in 5 mins and didn’t charge me a thing. 5 stars for service

Bought a Ford Focus a year ago from this place. Couldn’t have asked for a better car. Had no issues whatsoever. The car had no problems and was in immaculate condition after taking it for a test run. The car was also serviced and given a free 12 month warranty before I took the keys which was great. Please take your money to a business that at least considers your safety. They will get you to sign the paperwork and then hold the car to be "prepared" for convinently longer then the cooling off period and other things that they know you won't really know or think about. The roadworthys are dodgy and the condition of the vehicle is based on luck of how the previous owner left it. Take note of what reviews have the likes.

Bought my daughters 1st car from New Bourne Motors, After searching far & wide for a great car & fantastic deal. Adam was the one who came up trumps, top notch car & easy to deal with. Never again will I buy a car from here. Ripped off bad. $6,000.00 for a 2003 Nissan pulsar auto. It needed a motor recondition and power steering. I will never let my friends and family buy from here ever. And roadworthy men should be reported.
