Absolutely the best Dental Care I have ever received!! I love New England Dental Group. The Dentists are very patient and definitely perfectionists. I went several years without dental care, and they gladly accepted me as a new patient and completely repaired all of my issues. I truly think it was quick and easy on my wallet. The admin is awesome, constantly communicating with me about my treatment and always send me text reminders for all of my appointments. This place has been amazing and I can't say enough. They have cured my nervousness of going to the dentist and have totally boosted my confidence and appearance! I appreciate and HIGHLY RECOMMEND New England Dental Group! I even like the music they play in the office. Thank you guys! I am now a life long patient, and will be happy to continue my dental care regularly.

New England Dental group is AMAZING!!! My family and I have been with NEDG since my younger years and we're still here (I'm 23). I've been honored to see the growth of NEDG over the years, and I love how NEDG invests in their patients with continuous equipment upgrades to provide better service. The staff is extremely friendly from the moment you approach the front desk to the point at which you're under the bright light. In March, I began my Invisalign journey with Dr. Chae and I am extremely impressed with my results. I'm halfway through the process, and I appreciate having frequent visits and the general recommendations I've received. I have been going to New England Dental for some years now, and I cannot imagine going to any other dental group. The staff is so friendly and very caring which helps with the overall experience especially when going in for different treatments. They all work with the clients best interest in mind. New England Dental group has a very clean, professional, and warm atmosphere. I have gotten a variety of treatments done here and each time you are informed of the process that is about to take place and why. They make any process as painless as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I drove 55 minutes from Lemont to this place for nothing! They told me over the phone that I can get treatment that day and that a walk in would be enough. But when I show up, they tell me I can't get treatment, saying there are other patients. Before arriving there, I even called them 3 times to ask questions and confirm. They could have just told me in 1 of those 3 phone conversations that treatment wasn't available, or that it was too busy, so I wouldn't waste my time and energy. But they didn't. So dishonest and disrespectful.

As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with a hello and prior to the pandemic a friendly smile. The staff, dental hygienist, and of course the dentists offer quality care and service that’s exceptional. I highly recommend New England Dental Group for all your dental services. Trust me you will not be disappointed. FYI Dr. Chae is down to earth, knowledgeable, and is truly concerned about his patients and their dental needs. I just moved to the area and was searching for a dentist so I chose NE Dental Group based on the reviews. Dr. Choi was very thorough and answered all of my questions and offered helpful, yet not pushy recommendations. Also, I was pleased with the cleaning. The hygienist had tips and also did a Theo rough job with the cleaning. I thought for sure my teeth were going to be sensitive or sore afterwards, but they just felt clean. I am hoping this is my dentist for keeps and so far it has been meeting my expectations.

The dentist office is very nice and clean in a great neighborhood close to home, I’m a long time customer and I’m satisfied with the services they provide, the doctor is experienced and listens to his patients and makes the best recommendations for treatment, the employees are also great, friendly and always willing to help, they do the best to schedule an appointment when is convenient for me and family.

After my root canal a few years ago, my tooth never felt right. There seemed to be an ache near my gums. Last week, I felt the crown on this tooth was loose. My new dentist was able to remove the crown only to see that the tooth was cracked and now I need an implant. I feel strongly that NEDG knew this would be the outcome, but the root canal was done anyway. It was a very upsetting situation.

I have been going to New England Dental Group for years now. I had numerous procedures done. The most recent one I had was a scary one ,from what we see in the models, it was an tooth implant. I’ve been coming with Dr. Chae for many years now, every time they treat you with respect, they are very attentive. Dr.explain the procedure that needs to be done so you can schedule your appointment to your own convenience. I like that I can schedule my appointments after work or during the weekend.

All my visits are pain and stress free. Reception greets you by name when walking in, which is a really nice. This place makes you really feel comfortable and takes all bad reservations of going to the dentist office away. Never had any issues regarding treatment here. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible experience. Rude employees. I’m ending up having to pay full price for work I didn’t even come in for originally. The work I originally came in for was ignored, I had to remind the dentist multiple times of my main concerns. I was not listened to or cared for properly or professionally.

I love my dental group. Good service all around. Dr. Chae, Christi and Karina are awesome. I have good chats with Christi and Karina knows who I am when calling before I can say my name. I recently moved but will continue to travel the distance to get to my favorite dental group.
