Small commercial business places. New building to replace one that burned down. New on-site fire hydrant in outdoor parking. Currently Google Maps has allowed Pita Land to be sole business for total Newport shopping centre. There's five others open for takeout now during pandemic COVID-19 lockdown May 2021. Too bad about the brain drain at Google. This mall seems to have businesses directory malfunction ever since Pita Land came onto scene. Hope it doesn't spread across North America to other malls.

7-11 is gone, The Bike Shop is moving soon. They tore down the old Rice King building and have just left the foundation fenced off. Now the same at the 7-11. Won't be much left here to attract customers soon. How does a 7-11 right by a high school close anyways? I can't help thinking this place will be gone once the Bike Shop moves.

I like the changes they've made. I'm glad the King's Head is still around; I'm not much for pubs anymore, but that place is a classic. I'm mostly here for Jollibee now since I have an odd obsession with it. The Starbucks will be missed. I have no information about Pitaland.

No parking, dirty parking areas, A & W staff tell you that you cannot park there long even when eating your food there or using the other shops or you will be towed away. "It's not a parking lot" they say? 711 and Scholars Choice are good stores to visit though.

Perfect place for all your needs. Starbucks, yoga studio, cycling gears and equipments, stuff for kids, authentic Asian delicacies, gas station, sports bar. You name it and it is there. Something for everyone.

This place is new and clean and the shawarma I had was excellent. All of the toppings were very fresh and tasty and the ladies working there couldn't have been nicer. I'll be back!

I went to the Bike Shop here, the service was decent and I really like the place. The unfortunate thing is, we moved from Calgary. I would recommend the Bike Shop.

Good plaza with little shops of all sorts. My only gripe is the parking lot which is really oddly cookie cuttered, keep an eye out as it seems proned to accidents.

The parking lot needs to drain water better so we do not have to step in to large puddles of water. Parking by A and W and Jolibee are restrictive in space.

I find myself coming here quite often. It has a hot yoga place, a bicycle store, a Vietnamese restaurant and Starbucks. Not much else that I need!

You can never go wrong with Joe's, I have yet to have a bad experience eating in one since they opened. I ate at the first one in Calgary.

This parking lot is really cramped which can be a pain. But if you just be mindful of drive thru lineups, you can still get around

Go for the yoga studio (My Yoga Calgary). Easy to get parking but can be difficult to get out during heavy traffic times.

Parking lot has a lot of turns and blocked areas to maximize stall count at the cost of being able to drive easily.

Wonderful outdoor mall with vendors including A&W, Jollibee and Rice King! Small free parking lot, transit service.

Not much to see here. I mostly end up here coz I live across from it and go to the 7-11 for random needs.

Love the Vietnamese place in here not sure what all else is here oh the pubs good too

I love stopping here at their Starbucks and I also grab some onion rings from a&w

Close and has a lot of the things I need and is across the street, from home.

Nice quiet place to shop on weekdays and can be really crowded on weekends.
