i had terrible experience and i wouldn’t recommend this car service to anyone. if i could give the rating 0 stars, i would. i normally take neza to work because it’s cheaper than uber. but everytime i call at the same time like clockwork, they come late. but today (9/23/23) i called at 3:30am (still enough time for me to get to work) and i didn’t get a call back until 3:43am. the lady that picked me up had someone with her and didn’t even know where my destination was. once that was figured after like 3 mins, i then called neza back to pay over the phone but i also told her about the experience i was having and she was being rude about it. she was really trying to argue with ME about the experience that i’ve been having. she had an attitude with me for no reason, took it harshly when it wasn’t even harsh criticism, and i was just trying to pay. she was also talking about me in spanish as well. while also trying to pay, she kept hanging up on me because she was still trying to talk about the situation to other people and myself, so therefore i never paid. she also kept telling the lady (the driver) that i can only call about paying but when i called back she hung up on me. then when the driver asked what was going on, her and the other lady sitting next to her came at me rudely then said i can’t be serviced and left me on the side of the road. why ask me about what’s going on and when i talk about my experience it’s a problem? if customers come forward about THEIR experience, there’s no need to take the criticism harshly. then there’s times they don’t even answer the phone but they’re supposedly “24 hour service”. on top of that, some of their cars are no good. the customer service is terrible and i wouldn’t recommend this car service to anyone, not even my worst enemy

Called the day before to make sure they would have a car available at 2am, they said no problem, I was starting a new job so I called to make sure I wouldn't be late. Called at 2am three times and no one answered the phone, ended up using a different service that did pick up, showed up and was 2 dollars cheaper, it was the first time I was trying to use this service and the last.

The driver just called and said she was outside had my daughter standing outside in the cold waiting for her ride to school. Driver never showed up or called back. When we call she answers and hangs up. Iam a bus operator that try my best to get people to and from destinations and so I feel so very disappointed.. bad car service bad professionalism

For this to be my first experience I was totally satisfied! They were quick and courteous. My driver got me home so quickly and for a reasonable price! I will definitely call on them again.

I called the service to pick up something, but the driver n ver arrived and called me after half hour to told me I am sorry I can’t go for you, that experience was extremely rude for me…

Lady on phone ain’t nothing but rude Called cops on me for asking were my cab lol !!! Then refused to send another cab to my house for missing the call, terrible service at its finest

Had a doctor's appointment in Manhatten today. Driver was right on time and very nice.He was an excellent driver and the SVU was spotles.Resonally priced. Definitely recommend them.

Operated is rude and disrespectful hung up on me because I inquired about my cab taking too long. The driver was great!!!
